Who says chivalry is dead? I'd never been to LMSR before having just moved to the area. I had a loose panel that I asked them to quote on repair. Fixed it on the spot with no charge! Absolute highlight of my week. Thank you Warwick! Will definitely use them in the future.

Had my 4x4 fixed here as was nice and close and through Shannon's. I took my BMW in to have some paint repaired after some bat had kindly left some excrement for me, which had eaten through paint on the roof.Warwick and the team did an absolutely phenomenal job to fix it up.The team are friendly, the turn around was fast, and the workmanship is second to none. Was passing through when the screw that retains the passanger window to the rail fell off and we couldn't close the window and secure our car. One of the blokes was kind enough to help us, popped the plastic off with his tools and dug out the screw out to replace it. Thankyou very much for the help, we really appreciated it.

The whole process took quite a few weeks. This was caused by the insurers delaying authorisation and the difficulty finding parts for a 15 year old car. Not the fault of the car repairers, who kept us up to date with progress. The car was repaired well, painted and cleaned inside and out. An excellent job from friendly and efficient staff.

Warwick helped us solve a problem with our boot which we'd been unable to open after buying the car second hand. Having been elsewhere, he quickly got us access to the boot, replaced a brake light (which we couldn't access without going through the boot) and provided us advice on how to permanently fix the problem. All for no charge. This was after we had been to our regular mechanic who had not been able to fix it and referred us to the internet to search how to fix it. The car bought through a family member for our son who is about to get his P's and was very cheap so we come in with eyes wide open to the problem, but we did not realise how most businesses would not be eager to help us solve this problem. We knew our son on P plates would likely get pinged for a tail light not working. Really appreciative to Warwick for taking the time to help us. If we ever have the need for smash repairs, we'll be coming back.

Recently had an insurance job completed through Lower Mountains Smash Repair and though there were delays on the parts supplier, Warwick was exceptional at keeping me informed and updated throughout the entire process. The staff as a whole were also incredibly accommodating. The repairs were done smoothly, and with an incredible finish. My baby truly does look better than new. I recommend LMSR very highly.

These guys are so generous. My car bumper was loose and the mud panel had fallen off so they did an on-the-spot driveway repair. I initially dropped in for an assessment and a quote but they had it fixed within 30 minutes. They saved me a lot of time and anxiety about getting it done and how long it would take.
