Worst kfc. Run by children and front counter is done by the newest member with little to no help what so ever. Then you never get everything you ask for

I thought KFC cooked to a standard recipe. What an awful meal. Hadn’t had KFC in years and suspect I won’t ever again. Undercooked chips, fatty chicken. Urgh

The best customer service that I've had in any KFC on every occasion I've visited, upbeat friendly staff, the team are also always happy to wrap the chicken in aluminium foil for my drive to Katherine.

It's KFC. You know exactly what you're going to get. That said sometimes KFC can disappoint but on this occasion I was happy with the quality of the food, the chicken was hot and juicy, it didn't seem like it had been sitting there for ages drying out.

4years ago was bad and today was the same. No fries at all and no buns for any burgers. We weren't told there were no fries until we noticed and returned to get them. We were originally told it was all in there which made me suspicious.Very disappointing and not worth the $39 we paid.

For more than a month they have been unable to offer bacon on any of their menu items, because “the equipment has broken down?” Has no know thought about a $20 frypan from Kmart next door? Clearly management is by name only, as they must be loosing thousands of dollars per week for a $20 investment. Regularly see cars backing out of the drive through.This has to be seen sort of joke right?

On January 6, 2021, at 21:45 p.m., I’m ordered two Zinger Boxes. When I opened it at home, it had a completely different product, such as garbage, not zinger burger, chicken. No matter how late you go and order, you can't understand that you're giving me a completely different product. I'm upset, so I threw it all away. I took a picture of it, so I'll let you know if you need it. Either you sincerely apologize to me or refund my food.
