We have recently had a renovation of a small bathroom undertaken by Megasealed. We chose the company as we had used them previously and were very happy with their work. Once again, we feel pleased with our choice. Monique arrived punctually to quote for the job and gave us a number of options to consider. The quotation was good and once work began it was undertaken efficiently and to a high standard. Care was taken as the tradespeople completed their jobs - we appreciated the floor coverings. Any questions we had were dealt with promptly. The finished renovation looks great and we look forward to many years of use, knowing that it is now waterproof and updated. Megasealed were fantastic & efficient and delivered on all promises fixing a very difficult situation in a 30s bathroom that other friends (Engineers) had warned could be very complex to solve, as they had found in their own!Monique explained thé options, thé possible approach, the perceived problem diagnosed accurately & the whole job unfolded with no surprises. We had our shower completely resealed and regrouted and the whole service was complete within 3 hours and they did an incredible job.

I had my balcony regrouted and resealed in April 2023 that was handled professionally from the time of the initial inspection to the balcony repair. I was provided with a detailed Inspection Report and Cost Quotation prior to the work commencement. Both the regrouting and sealing was done to a high quality by the Megasealed technician. I appreciated that he kept me up to date and informed of the work he was doing. Clean up was also completed. Additionally, Megasealed arranged for a technician to dismantle and reinstall an aircon unit located on the balcony floor to permit the area under the unit to be regrouted to ensure the entire balcony area was repaired. I can recommend these people for any work similar to that performed for me.

Megasealed repaired a leak in a first floor shower for us. I thought I would wait for a while before leaving a review to see how the repair stood up over time. After 10 weeks use the shower is still perfectly sealed. The technician who did the work was prompt and efficient. So far the result is excellent. The people from Megasealed were very good to deal with. Thanks.

Avoid- Not professional , Do not trustI contacted for a water leak to downstairs kitchen from Upstairs bathroom . We could not find the leak anywhere. As soon as they came they said water was leaking from grouts. So appointed to remove old grout and re grouting job for over $2000.00. After spending still water was terribly leaking . When we checked found out water was leaking from Hot water shower due to a missing washer. So went to Bunnings and fixed ourselves the leak with a new washer .We informed this to Megasealed but was no response. Instead chased the invoice. They should have a check list to check if there is a plumbing issue before suggesting a regrouting and application of so called sealant. We should have avoided them at the first place reading these reviews. They just promote to re grout and application without asking customers to do basic plumbing issues first .This so called application can easily buy from Bunnings and apply by yourself . Not professional AVOID. Do not waste money on them .

I would like to say that after 6 or 7 plumbers that we dealt with in the past with regards to our water leakage issue, the technician sent by Megasealed was the first one to do a thorough and visibly good quality job. Every detail was paid attention to and to my biggest surprise, the entire bathroom was clean after the job was finished — something we could not entirely say of other workers. We are extremely pleased of the quality of the work that was done.
