The House of Windsor Apartments - Short and long stay

The location was fantastic, the host was an excellent replier but the cleanliness of this property was well below standard. Upon our first shower a hand mark was visible on the shower screen. Rust, dust and dirt in the corners and around items in the bathroom. Soap scum around shower items showing that the shower isn’t cleaned properly only around items living on the floor. Bathroom fan full of dust. Smear marks on mirrors and splashback. Balcony area full of cobwebs and dirt, rusty old broom on display. Floor not cleaned under where the curtains sit. This is all shown in the photos attached and unfortunately just isn’t good enough. I did outline in my feedback other things about the property that were not ideal and somewhat strange but the cleanliness unfortunately I just cannot let slide. This wasn’t a cheap property and do not believe what I paid for matches up with what we stayed in. I have never made a complaint on airbnb before and am a frequent traveler and user of airbnb but was very underwhelmed by the cleaning standard of this property.
