Bitter, $240+ disappointment.Purchased for Valentine's Day.Photo 1) Websites Utopia arrangement(Bright vibrant pinks and purples against flower photo backdrop)Photo 2) Actual arrangement, night before delivery (Brown backdrop)Photo 3) Actual Arrangement, FOUR days after delivery (White wall behind)Paid the best, for what thought was the best, for my best <3I'll let the photos speak for themselves.Stuffing a bunch of flowers into a box without proper arrangement leads to a confused, boring, dull mess!Too much green/brown rubbish detracts against a primarily light-coloured flower palette selection.Annoyed that after FOUR days, a large part of the arrangement is still DAYS away from opening while the rest is slowly dying.Pros (+2 stars):- Flowers are fresh on delivery. Still fragrant, 4 days into their lifespan.- Delivery driver was accommodating and friendly, even on a busy Valentine's Day delivery schedule.Cons (-3 stars):- Flower selection: Boring, dull, poorly thought out. Flowers don't work nicely together vs in websites advertisment. Scale of substitution in colour and type, vastly different to the point of being unrecognisable. No communication before substitution. Order was made several days before Valentine's Day.- Flower Arrangement: Worst part of entire purchase. This should be the standout of a Florist. Actual arrangement is abysmal. Cramped, squashed together. Confused and dense mess. Lillies are large flowers, a florist should know they require space. Different flowers of SAME COLOUR packed together over one another. Non-flower component overly dense and overpowering (ie, Why Dark brown leaves against an primarily light coloured arrangement)- Age of Flowers/Opening Time: Some flowers 4 days old, while lillies only now starting to complete opening. 4 entire stems of flowers in middle of arrangement still almost entirely closed. Won't open until half the arrangement is well into wilting.

I don’t live in Gladstone but have family that do and I have used this florist on quite a few occasions. I have never been disappointed with not only the outstanding quality of flowers and gifts purchased but also the value for money I have received. The customer service is spot on and literally what they advertise is what you get if not better. My only criticism is that they aren’t my local as I would love them to be!!!
