After purchasing our new property 2 years ago in Melbournes south east we were excited to have an owners corp managing the estate and keeping the area maintained. 2 years on we have found quantum to be nothing more than a money grabbing company with little to show for our fees paid. When quantum has been questioned about their role in the estate and why they are not delivering services as advertised we receive responses to many questions other than what we have actually asked for clarity on. As time has moved on the management and self appointed “ring leader” are becoming more passive aggressive and myself along with many residents feel we are being bullied to remove negative feedback from social media rather than address genuine issues and concerns from the community. The quantum team are trying to convince residents that the expectations they have regarding quantum’s role in the estate is to high and quantum has wiped there hands of all responsibility regarding maintenance of our estate and we are continually told “that’s not our responsibility”. After much discussion amongst the residents the feeling is that the hundreds of property owners in our estate cannot be incorrect about what we were sold and what we are receiving (nothing), with the majority of the quantum budget allocated to “compliance” and “management fees”. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a property managed by quantum unless you like to hand over your hard earned money to a shonky company and receive rude, passive aggressive customer service.

Live in an Estate managed by them and find them to be nothing but a pain to deal with as what we were sold is not what we received from them. They refuse calls and emails from residents who would like them to no longer manage the estate but have been told by quantum it’s not possible. They will only return emails/calls with pages of irrelevant information when residents start to stand up for themselves and make the issues public in the way of public reviews. They have broken signed contracts of residents and trying to overwhelm them with over information so residents back down.

I had a function at one of there centres and waiting for the bond to be returned I have been causing it up with them for a month now, I keep getting told mikalya is dealing with it she will call you back but she dosnt. I keep getting Adele every time I can she dosnt sound interested to help me I asked to speak to someone eles because my issue is not being resolved she just keeps saying mikayla will call you back. I’m going in circles. I expected better

Stay far, far away from any estate that even has a hint that Quantum may be managing it. When we signed our contract we were advised Quantum would be auditing and ensuring compliance with the design guidelines of the estate and maintaining our nature strips. Both of these facts are completely false and we were sold a lie. At least 40% of the houses in the estate breach the design guidelines and Quantum remains inactive and indifferent - so much so that they now just ignore residents and their feedback. The staff are extremely condescending when they are reached and treat residents as though they're idiots. Until now the only response they have for the residents is that they collect money from us to cover their management fees so they meet their legislative obligations, nothing for the community - they have allegedly increased the number of hours dedicated to auditing the estate, which there has been no evidence of and the number of non-compliant houses increase weekly.The estate is at the point where it's beyond redeeming because they've done nothing for 2+ years. They tell us it's cheap

Quantum charge our estate approximately $100,000 per year. And with that $90,000 is purely admin fees. They set aside a poor 48 per YEAR of actual time to our estate. On our contract signing we were told that they would be caring for the nature strips of our estate, which has not been the case. We have lived in our estate for over 2 years this the information that Quantum was not servicing our lawn has only come to light in the last few months. Quantum now avoid emails, tags and message (in estate Facebook group). Yet expect residents to pay upwards of $150 each per year for basically nothing. Would never recommend someone buy a house in an estate that has Quantum United involved.
