I have been dealing with Nigle Dean from Standfast for over 20 years. His prices are always competitive and most importantly he always turns up when he says he will, his guys are courteous and they clean up afterwards. I highly recommend this team if professional tree loppers.

Nigel is friendly and professional. Gave us a great price on removing our tree, the tree was removed with out any trouble and the guys cleaned it all up - nothing left behind ion the stairs paths. 5 stars

My tree was scheduled for today 9/7 (Saturday) I was told by their manager (William) they were coming at 7:30am but instead they came at 9am w/ no communication of late arrival. I was nice enough to offer them some coffee as it was very cold when they started doing the work and even gave them water when they asked. When the job was half done I had to ask one of the guys if they were also removing the stump and roots but he could not give me a confirmed answer so I had to text William and I got a text back saying to ask his guys. I then asked AGAIN one of the guys and he said he’d get back with an answer but he never did and not one of them came back to clean my yard and put back up the clothes line or even sweep the ground, they also did not even bother to help put back the cups and coffee and hot water that was left outside. One of then men also took one of my coffee cups with him and didn’t bother to return it, the other guy just quickly closed my gate without informing me they’re leaving or when they would come back to finish the job. I texted William and I got a “Yup I’ll ask but like I said I’m on holidays in New Zealand but I’ll hit them up.”I have never met a more rude and ungrateful and unprofessional service people.

We needed a half fallen tree cut down and removed. Standfast Tree Services gave us a great quote and were available to do it within the week. Their staff were friendly, tidy, and efficient. Completed the work quickly and left no mess behind, they even took away a pile of branches we had cut off ourselves before they arrived.

Called and had some questions about the tree l needed to cut done. He was so rude. I chose someone else who had a few minutes to spare and wasn't so condescending.
