Jo is great, she's thorough and competently explains what and why she has selected certain exercises for your routine.Equipment is clean and there are plenty of wipes to clean your machine after you have used it.I'm pretty fussy when it comes to clean machines.

Not like other gyms. People come here for their own personal rehab or fitness goals, not to show off how much they can bench.The staff are very supportive and they regularly update your personal program that is tailored just for you and your needs.

Not your standard gym. .. everyone works to a program because we are all rehabilitating from something other. .. not sure if you are able to use it as a normal gym. Very social place have made many new friends.
