Ochre Health goes to considerable trouble to ensure that customers who post negative reviews will shortly find those reviews deleted.The Ochre Health business model focuses attention on remote, regional locations in which they possess monopoly advantages. Their detailed “registration form” for new patients allows them to compile comprehensive digital data bases that contain extensive medical and social histories of clients, including the legal standing (or otherwise) of their patients' relationships with other household members, and parents' medical histories.The organisation’s Privacy Policy stipulates that patient details may be used for business purposes.I was refused an appointment to receive a flu vaccination at this clinic because I was not prepared to authorise the transfer of my medical records to them, and because I regarded their extensive inquiries into my private affairs as irrelevant.I intend to steer well clear of Ochre Health Medical Centres in the future.

The reception staff were great today. Some staff I will say do not have the same happy approach it was very refreshing. The Doctor I I was helped by was excellent. His approach was confident and caring. He listens and was e greatly approachable. I would recommend this team if you are seeking professional and excellent service.
