Snap Car Wash Wollongong

2nd time I’ve been disappointed. $140 for vacuum and leather clean and conditioning. They had my car for 1 1/2 hrs and they vacuumed well but as for my seats….. I feel ripped off !

Worst car wash service. I had to ask the guy to come back and wipe some spots that were so obvious. Then i got home and got the extra stuff out of the car to notice all the areas that needed attention werent even cleaned. Like yogurt spots and finger prints and popcorn all over the backseat and i paid $100. I could have got the same thing done at any other place for 35 to 50$. Def not worth it specially if u have to come home and clean the car again urself

Friendly and professional. Honest about the price. Very happy with thier service. Far better than anyone I've used in Sydney

These are some photos that I took of my “detailed” car.WORST COMPANY/ CAR WASH EVER they are legit scammers. They charged me $250 for a job that is not even done. The first time I went to then I asked for a full interior detail, I was very specific on how I wanted all the corners and all the details to be done and they assured me that they would do a professional detail. When I came to pick my car up I had noticed that the job was very poorly done and that there was a lot of dust and dirt still remaining, they obviously paid no attention to any detail what so ever. I also noticed that one of the radio buttons had come off and that my windows had stopped working, the owner blamed my “old” car for these issues even though they were working perfectly before I went in for the detail and my car is a very durable and strong and not even that old. After lots of going back and forth and arguing he said that I can drop my car back again and he will fix them properly however when I went back I spent at least 30 if not 45 minutes explaining the situation and saying how I want it to be done properly I was very specific and even made a list of things that needed to be done. As you can see by the photos (we’re taken just after I got it back after the second visit) they are so horrible and pay no attention to detail what so ever. The car is disgusting and the photos are just a little representation of the lack effort they put. Save your money and go somewhere else

I paid for a premium wash and vacuum for my car. Unfortunately a very poor job. The more I look at my car the more I can see how poor of a job. Car wasn't dried properly so there is smears and marks. Circular scratches also on the exterior. Ive tried to capture photos of the smears, marks and water spots left on the exterior of my car. There were marks and streaks on the dash and screen and I was wiping these as I drove home. The windows had smears and the windscreen had sections that weren't even cleaned as well as smears on sections that had been 'cleaned'. My boot wasn't even opened despite the online description of the service saying boot vacuumed and door jamb cleaned. We ended up vaccuming the boot and cleaning the door jamb around the boot as it was still dirty/dusty because it hadn't even been opened. My car interior was quite clean when I dropped it off it was mainly just dust and dirt from highway driving on the exterior. The rear was still dusty so I had to clean it when I got home. We wanted to have a good experience but unfortunately won't be going back.

Took my car in early Saturday morning to be cleaned for my wife.Had the kids in tow so was a bit rushed and left my wife’s wallet in centre console, had $50 in it given for her birthday and now gone. Informed the manager but he said he couldn’t do anything.Partly my fault but also note you can’t trust these people….

If I could rate any lower I would. Payed $120 for a general clean & wax. There is smear marks all over the car panels , dirty windows & to be honest I’m pretty sure the car looks far more dirty than it did before it went in. Stay away⚠️⚠️⚠️

Staff were friendly and professional. The team cleaned the cleaned my car within 1.5 hours and they did a fantastic job! My car was quite dirty when I dropped it off and they cleaned it so it looked brand new. I will definitely be back.

Very poor service. The mirrors and carpets were still dirty and wasn’t worth $180. Would not recommend

Auto detail, polishing and customer service is excellent. Very lovely staff and complete my car wash work very quickly.
