Unfortunately I cannot recommend this business. I think it’s fair that they charge a hefty fee for a technician to come for a site visit during non-work hours. However, they sent out a technician that was not nearly experienced enough to fix the hot water system. The next day follow-up was lazy and told me to just contact the manufacturers instead due to warranty still in place. Please be responsible for your business and choose one of two options: 1. Ask about warranty information prior to service because the technician cannot proceed in that case. 2. Train more experienced technicians so that they can actually fix the problem.

Very happy with work performed. But watch out for cost. Unfortunately it was a long weekend, and I expected to pay plenty, but man did that sting (we are talking $750 per hour !!), and when quoting they did not mention it was exlcusive of GST.

Fantastic - arrived a few hours after I called. Fixed the problem quickly and left. No more smelly sewer! Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely perfect service and professionalism every time. I’ve posted before but used them again today and just blown away by the knowledge, experience and continued exceptional level of service of the team at SPS.Same day call out, David knew exactly what the issue was almost as soon as walking through the door (even with my poor explanation). Fixed in 2 minutes but then also had the forethought to apply the same fix to both the other showers so I didn’t have issues in the future.

Would definitely recommend SPS. They were able to come the day I called them and they fixed my plumbing issue on the same day. Great service.

I requested a leak detection specialist to come out because my leak situation is quite complicated so this is who I assumed was being sent out. Instead 2 standard plumbers who were bewildered when I told them of the issue then presumed to mess with my taps for an hour charging me $345 fixing nothing, just to tell me I needed to pay another $500 for a leak detection specialist which is what I had thought I had originally asked the company to send out… since they left I cannot turn the bath tap off nor the shower… If I put the plug in the bath will fill up in an hour and a half so it’s not just trickling out it’s actually running & the spare bedroom has now become flooded I have numerous clothing items not to mention the furniture that has been damaged because of this. The water was leaking in the lounge room before they came and I had no problem turning the taps off and there was no signs of water in the spare bedroom it wasn’t even damp. These are all extra issues I now have to deal with on top of the leak I was already dealing with… I’ve had some backwards and forwards with the company but refuse to pay another $500 for them to send out a leak detection specialist when that is what they should have sent out in the first place… this has now cost me more than that in damages caused by there clueless plumbers that should have never been sent here in the first place!

It was challenging to detect leak initially,however right personnel were allocated to detect leak and fix the leak. Personnel have been friendly and professional and completed work as promised. Hopefully no further leaks
