We ordered a tropical gift basket to welcome our best friends to their new home in Cairns, filled with local fresh produce and an amazing arrangement of tropical flowers. Sue was wonderful to deal with, prompt and answered all of our questions, and put together a beautiful finished product that was of great quantity and value - she even made sure our friends received it at a time that suited on moving in day. I have ordered 2 gift boxes for different occasions to be sent directly to the receiver and they were both amazing. Both packaged and wrapped beautifully. Sue is also very lovely and easy to deal with.

We ordered from Tropical Tastes a gift basket as a 'get well' for a male colleague so didn't want to send the usual flowers. Sue put together a basket with a perfect balance of tropical fruits, tea, coffee and personal use products which was well received. I will be using Tropical Tastes again both for work and family gifts.

Definitely recommend this company. Beautiful gifts to choose from and excellent customer service from beginning to end. Sue helped me put together a beautiful gift basket for my sister’s 70th birthday and even emailed me several different gift package options to use as a starting point. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very eager to please. I loved the idea of her using local product where possible as well. Can’t thank you enough Sue for the basket of lovely products you put together for my sister. She was absolutely delighted.

Absolutely amazing company! I message them yesterday hoping for a custom basket for my parents to be made and they did it despite being super busy and basically being all after hours! Sue sent me ideas and let me pick what I wanted, sent me a photo of the final product and let me know when it was delivered. I could not be more thankful!

Incredible value for money and a beautiful gift for Father’s Day- I booked from down in Sydney and Sue sent me a photo before delivery and included a free Father’s Day cookie. It was absolutely beautiful and about the price of a single bottle of wine delivery in Sydney! Highly recommend

Sue helped me create a customized and thoughtful gift for 13 women for a company event. She was so lovely and helpful, and kept me updated throughout the whole process - even sending me a picture of the gifts before delivering them. They were some of the most gorgeous gift boxes I've ever seen and really hope I have the opportunity to order from her again. I highly recommend her business!
