Been here late feb & early March for the one-month check and rattle issue with the car. I think when I made the booking, I didn't get the booking confirmation via phone or email for some reason. I received a booking reminder a week ahead of the service.I quite like the vibe there. It has general amenities like coffee & water machine, tv, waiting area, etc.The team was fantastic, I was greeted and car was taken photo. Then the work was completed like 1 hour. However, I noticed rattle on my car and the team said they do not have the specialist work on Saturday, so I needed to rebook for the other day.Went back again second time, I believe the technician I was with is Mark. He is very experienced and it was a pleasant trip with him to test the car for the rattle. Unfortunately, the rattle came back after that day, but it's understandable it sometimes couldn't be fixed at first go.Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Rip Off!!I was at the service center today for servicing under capped price, a lady calls me sating it’s recommended to check fuel injection service and it’ll cost me 65$. I agreed to it.Later i receive a bill with extra costs. When I asked if anything was replaced in fuel injection service they said nothing.It was not good experience for me as i was told some price at beginning and charged something way more. Either give correct information up front or don’t rip off, I won’t recommend this place.

After searching for a new car for a few weeks, I walked into Trivett Parramatta and I was greeted well and directed to the right person, Darryl to show and explain the intricacies of the car that I eventually purchased. So happy with my choice of car and the the team that gave my a great deal. Thanks.

My husband uses this place and has been a loyal customer for many many years. Today the oil light went on from work and we drove for an emergency to this place to see if they would help and had hoped they would treat their loyal customers with good service. He was just told to go to a petrol station and fill up the oil himself. After going to this place for car services for years and years - it astounds me how you can milk money off people and then at their need not actually give that small bit of service.The worst part was, we had a service booked in 4 days anyway - it's just that, this needed to be addressed as an emergency. They didn't even help and take that into account.Nicely done... this doesn't even deserve a one star.

The experience fit best to my expectations.Booking was online, reminders in advance.Day of Service (Gabriel) was excellent with his customer skill, informed me on the cost and service that would involved and answered my queries and informed me to check few questions with engineers. He informed the tentative time the car would be ready.Call to confirm some recommendations to be carried out on the car.Car was delivered as promised and Gabriel clarified few questions which he had to check with engineers.Overall a great experience.

Excellent Customer Service received from Michael Yeung at Subaru Parramatta.I was looking for an affordable car and I need the car within a short period of time. Michael not just provided me his professional knowledge to select an appropriate car, plus he looked after me each step to finalise all paper works and collect the Crosstrek on time.Plus surprisingly, he gave me car accessories/discount I didn’t even ask.I highly recommend Michael Yeung to anyone to assist your purchase.

Initially I was planning to give 1 star after my experience with Subaru service. I was very clear about my cars breaks over the phone while booking and during the initial inspection that they need to changed. I traveled back in evening from Riverstone to Paramatta, just to hear we recommend your replace your breaks. I was furious given small baby I have and I have to come again for something I wanted done and was the whole reason I went for service.However, Tony at the service counter ensured we book you in tomorrow, arrange my service and got stuff done in 2 hours. He was very apologetic of this experience and ensured it does not happen again.Thank you Tony for great customer service.

Trivett Subaru Parramatta (Service) has been maintaining my vehicle since it was purchased in 2014. The latest car service was on 24 April 2023. I have fully satisfied with their service; staff are helpful and understanding. I was in particular impressed with a beautiful car wash after the service. Congratulations to Scott and his friendly team.

Great communication with booking and initial consultation about the issue of my car, courtesy ride to and fro the nearest public transport and good turn around time with issues taken care of and gone! Would recommend taking your Subaru to them for love & care. Shout out to Gabriel Craft-Lewis who was the advisor demonstrating superb professionalism & great communication. Keep up the good work!
