Staff were really lovely and my doggy seemed happy when we picked him up, he even gave one of his carers a hug goodbye. I'm not 100% sure if he got to spend any time outside of his kennel as we didn't purchase the extra exercise/walk time, so if this is important to you for your doggy, maybe check before booking, otherwise a really great kennel

Friendly staff, the deluxe room with single bed suited our dog perfectly! and she came home in a relaxed, happy state. A big thankyou to all the staff who cared for Bella.

My girls, Mango and Lemon, come to Beenleigh Pet Motel 2 to 3 times a week while I work. I call it Doggie Daycare. The pups love Vicki and her staff. Knowing they are safe and loved while I work has changed my life. Pricing is super generous for what you get.

I am so unhappy with this place.Our dog was there for 5 days and according to them she was fretting from day one but no call to let me know as I would have picked her up. On pick up today she had diarrhoea and was unwell and weak.The kitchen where they prepare the animals food was discusting rat dropping everywhere and the fridge was gross no wonder she was ill.How can you say she was fine when you told me on pick up she fretted from day one?

Decent boarding home for your pets. I love that fact I could pay the next day when my dog was dropped off to home. Which is a very helpful and convenient service they provide. Prices are reasonably price and quite cheap for what I was expecting. Will use again for my pets when needed. Highly recommended this place.

Always feel very comfortable going away and leaving my dog with Viki at the Beenleigh pet motel. My dog gets looked after very well. And when I call to check on her Viki always reassures me that my dog Tayah is happy and responds well to her handlers. My dog is not the easiest to handle and I worry that other people don't like her because of that. But Viki and the other handlers love her and gets excited when they see her which makes it easy for me to leave her there knowing she is going to be happy and treated well.

We left our two dogs for the first time here for 18 days based on previous reviews. I was more than happy with the way they were treated and will be using them again in the future. Well done to all the staff

Beenleigh Pet Motel
We have left our Cat here on many occasions for trips away up to 2 weeks. The staff have always been prompt and professional. The pricing is competitive. The cat loves having the space to roam in the more premium lodgings. Lodgings are clean and cats seemed happy.
