S.O.S Tree & Stump Removal

We had 4 very large trees lopped, they managed to bring them down in tight areas taking particular care to make the limbs fall where they needed them to. They were a great crew of guys and asked us what we wanted and advised us appropriately. We would use them again and highly recommend them.

Very happy with their service, from initial contact, to quote, to doing the job. Reasonable pricing (1/3 of the price of one of our quotes!). Crew that did the job were very professional and adapted well to do the best for what we wanted. Highly recommended.

Quick to quote and turned up on time ( 30 minutes early) and did a perfect job. I thought it was difficult but not for these guys. Apart from the tree gone, you would not know they had even been here. No damage to surrounding trees and the place was left cleaner than when they arrived.

I enquired for a quote on Sunday night, Monday someone came and looked at the tree we wanted cut back, I had the quote and accepted it on Tuesday and it was cut back Wednesday. The communication with Emma throughout the whole process has been amazing and the guys cutting down the tree were lovely. Would definetly recommend.

The crews did a great job with both the lopping/pruning of a large dying gum, and the chipping and cleanup afterwards. They worked hard, and were courteous and professional. I will certainly call on their services again.

The Team at SOS Trees & Stump Removal have been fantastic! From initial contact fro obtaining a quote to answering any questions raise right through to the actual removal of the trees their level of communication has been outstanding. On the actual day that the tree removal crew arrived they continued the outstanding friendly service and communication. They went about their work without fuss. They left the site very clean and my neighbours were also very pleased with the SOS team as our trees overhung their property, all overhanging branches were removed without any damage to our neighbours property. Big thanks to Glenn and Emma for visiting the site several times before doing the job to ensure access would be achievable as well as re quoting due to my change in mind on what trees had to go. Incredibly happy with the service we received. I rang to organise a quote, and within the hour, the guys were over assessing the tree. Another hour later, it was gone! Nice guys who know their stuff. Would highly recommend.

Two very cheerful Arborists arrived on time on the doorstep at 8a.m. They professionally assessed what need to be done. Did it cleaned up and were gone by 8.45a.m. Another great pruning job done on 5 Very tall and spindly wattle trees.
