Q Pro Nails

I have been to this nail salon on a few occasions and always loved their work. Moving to the area, I thought - fantastic this can be my regular nail salon!! Unfortunately, their booking system leaves A LOT to be desired and I am unlikely to go again. Last week I booked online for an early afternoon appointment (manicure and pedicure). On my way there (less than 30 minutes) they called to say they couldn’t fit me in until 3pm. I said okay, it’s the busy season, turned around and went home. Then at 2:30pm they called and CANCELED!! Through deep breaths I thought, it’s the busy season I’m sure it’s a once off. I walked in and booked an appointment the following week. They couldn’t fit me in for a manicure but could a pedicure. I have my name and number. I then arrived at the 3:30pm appointment time. They said that they would have to push back my appointment until 4:30pm!!! They then said they called. I said I had not received any call and this is the THIRD time I have booked the appointment. They then tried to show me the number - wrong number. In the end they were able to squeeze me in after I explained again that I had made the appointment 3 times. The pedicure was not their usual standards. What’s the point of having a booking system??

The best nail salon in kew!! I cannot recommend this place enough. Staff are incredibly professional and absolute perfectionists. I’ve been having sns done for years and can honestly say that these are my favourite nails. Thank you QPro nails for giving me the most beautiful nails I’ve ever had

We have been going to this nail salon for years now, and have not once walked out disappointed. We love the girls there and the 1 to 1 service that they provide; there is no waiting around, no jumping between clients, and the girls are always so happy to accomodate to your needs. We have tried almost every service that Jess and the girls offer, and have loved every one of them! Their attention to detail, and their amazing skills are to be commended - even when we bring in inspiration of nail art we want, they always manage to succeed and we are always so happy. It’s a clean and beautiful place to go get pampered, couldn’t recommend more. We’ve been to nail salons everywhere, and this is the only place we trust. Thank you Jess and the girls, we adore you all!

Very professional and friendly, did an AMAZING job with my nails. I have a job in which nails usually won't last and get really mistreated. It's been almost 2 weeks now since I did my nails at Q Pro Nails and they are still impeccable, I'm very impressed. Also, they dedicated so much time to make my nails exactly the way I wanted them, with the design that I wanted, they look gorgeous. I'm very happy with the work done. Thank you very much!

The staff at the salon were very professional and nice so I had a good experience. I didn’t know of this place even though I live in the area, and now that I’ve discovered it, I will 100% be going back there to get my nails done from now on. Highly recommend this hidden gem. :)

Very good nail art and great staff. Was attended to fast and my nails are what I asked for. You know this nail salon is good when they can’t take walk-ins most the time because they’re booked out.

Amazing place. Nails done by Nicole today and she did an amazing job. All technicians are very thorough and attention to detail is next level. Love that you can book online and they always run on time. Best place in Kew/ Hawthorn area. Highly recommend.

I would give this place a zero star if it’s possible. Was a customer at this place until yesterday. Unbelievably rude customer service that ruined an auntie and niece experience planned weeks before. Manager rang me 10 mins before my appt and was very pushy - asked if I was already on the way to the shop. Traffic was bad and whilst I was driving - I had 3 calls from this outfit interrogating if I am on the way. Clearly , this operator is trying to jam as many people in as possible for revenue. When My 12 year old niece and I arrived 5 mins late, I was rudely yelled at in front of other customers that I am 5 mins late and they have other appts! What is this, a surgical centre that requires people to turn up on time at exact min of appt? Icing on the cake was when my 12 year old niece asked if she can have gel extensions done instead of the manicure that was booked - I was yelled at by the manager and told they can only go with what was booked . What was meant to be a relaxing and fun experience has been replaced by a very bad experience with the worst customer service in any nail salon I have ever experienced! I will never give this salon my business again!To the owner- you have hired staff that has no idea what customer service means. What a shame they have ruined the great example you had set.

I had my sns done with Jessica and i couldn't be happier with the result, she did an amazing job. I definitely recommend her and qpro nails.the only thing that i would add is that if the website gives u the option to choose the person that is going to do your nails they should stick to that and not change the personal.i been there again twice after my first experience with Jessica and even when i booked with her, my nails were done by someone else. The result is still good but i had such a good experience and outcome with Jessica that i would like to continue with her in the future.
