VMA Euro Annangrove

Very professional and friendly team at VMA Annangrove, they’ve looked after my VW from the day I got it til now 5 years later. Have had zero issues, servicing is always on point and thorough. They take the time to explain whats needed and charge fair prices. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Another job performed on my MK7.5 Golf R and all is good. Had some Eibach springs installed. Sam rang during the install to suggest a front disc and pad replacement. Maybe a bit early but would save money on labour if I had it done at the same time. Very happy with the outcome. Springs are great, slightly lower and without sacrificing comfort, and the new DBA T2 slotted discs look and feel great. Took a little longer than expected but that was due to parts suppliers sending the wrong parts. Had a loan car so no issues. Will see them soon again for my next service.

Initially was quoted $360 for a service over the phone by Sam which turned out to be $680. A warning dash had triggered after I had washed my car, this was the engine and & epc light. I was told it was a leak in the coolant reservoir that needed replacing and that was the reason. I asked for rear brakes to be changed hoping this would stop the creaky noises when braking, I also was asked to have 2 tyres changed on a 4 motion VW. Since getting the car back, the creaking noises have worsen. I had the car at the workshop for 3 days and noticed scratches around my car and their logo on the car which they never asked permission to put this on but kindly removed it afterwards. Now after reflecting, my experience with this place was not great and I would've been happier if the $2500 plus I spent made a noticeable difference to the car.

I couldn’t speak more highly of all the staff including Greg and Jarred. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly trustworthy. These guys have been looking after all of our family cars for so many years and always look forward to taking our cars to them. I highly recommend them to everyone! I recently needed the water pump replaced on my Golf R along with a tune. From the quote to the booking to the service - they were top notch. Always had great experiences with Greg and his team at Annangrove.Dropped in today and sorry to see the shop has closed at the Annangrove site. Hopefully you find a site in the Hills soon as Penrith is a little far to go for us.Keep us updated on any news of a new hills location.

Always good. I don’t know why but I have trust in this business. The car always runs brilliantly after we pick it up. Work is always completed as described and I would recommend them for Volkswagen service without hesitation

I have used Volksmuller twice now and have been very happy with their work. They explained everything to mer and were happy to hold back doing certain repairs until my budget allowed. Their office girl was really helpful and organized and they do the service same day which is helpful. The only thing I’d like is if they washed my car like some places do. At a $1000 service it would be nice to pick up a clean vehicle. Otherwise perfect service that I would highly recommend from my personal experiences.
