Popped in here today looking for some assistance with roof racks and solar panels. Aaron was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Will definitely be back:) thanks for your help Aaron!

I put through an order at 11pm at night however click and collect wasn't an option on their website despite being an option. I emailed immediately that night to let them know that I needed click and collect not delivery.When I went to their online chat at 9am the next day they told me that it is prepared for collection by a courier so there is nothing they can do and there is no option now except to have it picked up and delivered to an incorrect address, despite the fact that it hasn't been collected yet.Great problem solving skills.

Getting into 4wd camping, we visited the store purchasing a number of items from the fridge/freezer, power packs, camping equipment, to get us started. We find the products are great to start us off with great daily deals. Our next item are the roof top tents where Jeremy was exception with his advice and helpfulness. He went out of his way to answer our queries, show us how they assemble. Hard to find this kind of exception help in other stores. Jeremy is a great asset to the team.

I have visited this store on a few occasions looking for different pieces of equipment to suit my 4WD and camping setups.On my latest visit I picked up some replacement recovery gear. Staff were helpful and I quickly managed to find the gear I needed. If you are getting into 4 wheeling, camping and over-landing I would still consider this brand to begin with. You can always upgrade in the future if you find yourself getting more into the hobby / lifestyle. Attached is a photo showing the entry to the store.

I found good customer service at this store i told them what i wanted one guy served me another guy ready to go to warehouse to load it up for me, havent used my roof top tent yet, but the staff done good

I visited the Campbelltown store and the service was great, nothing short of awesome! where it falls down is that you cannot contact the store. I contacted the 1800 number and they said they can't put me through to the store as they don't take calls???. I had plead with them to email the store for a call back... 24 hrs later I haven't heard a word.. this is crazy, you need to be able to contact the store directly and have call Centre staff trained in service!

This is a big store with a good range of stock on hand. Special thanks to Aaron who served us. The computer system said there was no stock available in store for the item we needed. He took the time to check out the back and found one for us. Excellent customer service, we got what we needed for the holidays. Prices are also really good.

Great team, friendly and reasonable with returns and eager to help. Aaron was professional and very helpful with processing the store credit, quick and easy, thank you! Will never get anything from here again. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENTCalled the “contact centre” as there are no direct lines to the store 7 days ago, was told there were 20 items of the stock that I needed in store. Get there the following and they don’t have any. Was then told in store that they have an order coming in 2 days time, and that if I pay for the item now, my name will get put on one as soon as it comes in and it will get put to the side. I paid for the item and received emails with my receipt. Was also told that I would receive an email when the shipment gets to the store. 4 days later, still no email so I call the contact centre again. Apparently the order had arrived yesterday. I drive up (over a 1hr drive from my house) to the store to then be given the wrong item buy the man at the counter (lucky I checked the “sku” number on the box before I left) Walk back in to another girl at the desk, who tells me the stock was never delivered, and then shows me the computer that says the system showing that they still have 20 of the item in the store. NOT GOOD ENOUGH
