In 30 years of visiting McDonalds restaurants around the world, I can categorically state that the Limestone Road branch is the worst I have ever experienced. Unbelievably slow service which resulted in cold insipid coffee and one undercooked and one burnt cheese and tomato toastie. I mentioned the coffee was cold as it had been waiting in the counter for 5 mins. This was met with complete indifference, no apology, and an equally tepid cup was delivered 5 mins later by which time the burnt tomato toastie was cold!The tables were dirty with mess strewn on the floor.Fortunately I will never need to visit this restaurant again!

Worst McDonald’s ever, my partner and I both had burgers and chips last night and have now food poisoning. The chips were soaked in oil and was rock solid from sitting there for ages. Our burger buns were crusting off as none of it was fresh. Unfortunately we will not be going to McDonald’s ever again. Do not recommend

Consistently bad service. Missing order items, wrong order items. Meals without fries, ordering a normal chicken burger and getting a spicy one instead. Emailed corporate to complain and got our ticket closed immediately with no response. Think I'll be avoiding McDonald's for quite a while.

Despite being really busy, our order was taken within a few minutes, and was ready to go in about ten. Plenty of parks, even though the streets were lined with cars either parked or joining in the lapping" night."

Please train your so called Baristas to make a decent coffee. Ordered a Latte and Cappuccino this morning and fairly sure I got 2 flat whites. They tasted like cheap instant coffee. What a waste of $10.

Went instore hoping to get a better meal and ended up with a cold meal like this... $40 DINNER BOX in the bin yuk. Dont waste your money

Great coffees and I absolutely love Maccas chips! Yum! Today I had a cheeseburger too, one of my favorites! Store was clean and service quick and friendly staff! Good parking available. Also a play place for the kiddos!

To be honest, everyone was so nice but i am going in to get food and not to search for something nice. I wrote specifically what i needed, and the burger came the same. The wait for 1 meal was more than 10 minutes, and it was sort of messy everywhere

drive thru service by a young lady called Imogen was fantasticI ordered a large capachino was told that they had no large cups no full cream milk etcwas offered a small capachino with skim milk the server was very apologetic the drink cost $4.20 it was made by the duty manager a male he was in polite and rude as per the picture this is what I recieved half full no chocolate powder what a joke the manager should be ashamed of himself I doubt he followed any MacDonald guidelines
