Excellent pizza, served fast and hot. Felt a bit cramped in the front foyer, but that's probably because it was busy.

I Wish I can give negative star for this place. Worse Customer Service. Rude Store Manager.I have ordered online and received confirmation email for pick up. I drove all the way through the store for pick up and found that store was closed. tried to call but no one answer. I checked online and it is says that store is open till 11 pm. but it was closed when i went for pick up at 10:20 pm. Next day I called and spoke to store manager and explain him the situations. So instead of helping he started shouting and replying rudely. Started screaming on me, was not listening to me at all. he was trying to prove him self right as he doesnt want to accept his mistake. Instead he told me call in advance before you come to store. Also told me not to come there instead go some other food shop. How can they accept an online order and send confirmation to pick up when they are closed. Manager was so rude and didnt even offer sorry. MANAGER has to learn Customer service and negotiation skill and has to try to help customer. Taking order while they are closed. No compensation offered by manager even the store was closed and they accepted an order. Will never ever go back again this place.

Great pizza with fast and friendly service.Special deal for $34 (including Sunday 10% surcharge) included 3 large pizzas, 2 garlic bread and 2 drinks. That's a great value deal.The order was completed within 10 minutes and was ready for pickupThe staff are friendly and the premises were well kept.This is one of the first Dominos pizza that has Tesla battery supply - making it a leading edge store.The pizzas were fresh, delicious and everyone loved them.

Every single time I’ve ordered a pizza from this joint the instructions have been missed. They do charge for the toppings but then the toppings are never put on the pizzas. Timelines is hell from them. I’ve had plenty worse experiences with this particular store. Sometimes after waiting for dinosaurs it’s not worth travelling and wasting fuel to complain about missed toppings. When you call they pick and hang up on you. Improve otherwise the business will sink.

There was a black hair in our pizza under the cheese. The nasty manager accused us of putting it there somehow even though he told us he made the pizza and that’s his hair colour! Yuck

This was by far the worst meal I have ever had.I called to make an order and was on hold for 5 minutes then got hung up on twice. That should have been the time I realised.After finally ordering I was told that the wait would be around 25-30 mins (understandable its a week night and people want pizza) I called 45 mins later and the first person who answered said that the order had been received and paid for, I was put on hold again and was then told the order was on its way. At this point i didn't have much hope but the driver did finally show up almost and hour later. He wasn't able to open the gate so i went out to greet him, when i got back inside I realised the pizza was stone cold like the cheese was solid, At least the drinks were cold. After heating it up in the microwave the pizza was still doughy and under cooked, I had to put it in the oven for 5 minutes to cook the bottom.ALSO the dutch pancakes were deep fried and extremely oily.

This Dominos store at Plumpton is just horrible, they manage to mess out our order time and time again. This has been four times now with incorrect items and ingredients delivered. When called, the store manager doesn’t even have the courtesy to take the escalated call, instead suggests the staff member to just propose sending a replacement pizza!! Really, Dominos, you need to review this franchise..

Ordered 3 pizzas and asked for 2 with a thin and crispy base but only got 1. The thin and crispy base wasn't crispy it was soggy and seemed raw.

I had a horrible experience. Last night my family and I came into Dominions for dinner and asked for cups to drink out of because we bought a large bottle of Pepsi from them but they had no cups. They also had no bottles of water. We asked if we could switch the big bottle out for cans and at first they refused. My family and I also were confused on how people drank with the big bottles if there were no cups in the store and the worker just told us that the seating area was just for a waiting bay but it did not look like a waiting bay at all. The area had tables and was a sitting booth.
