Malee Thai Massage

I've been getting massages for years now and this was the best massage I've ever had! I prefer deep tissue and had some issues with my shoulder that day. I cannot remember the therapists name, but she got knots out that no one else has been able to get! Thanks Malee

Inconsistency in quality is the biggest problem here. Your experience can vary between 0&10 in two visits. My experience yesterday was a huge “0”. I won’t go there again as i experienced mediocre service at Malee’s too many times. I also encourage owners to reconsider selling Groupon vouchers as they don’t attempt to treat you you “as if you actually paid”. I had waited two weeks for my appointment and person massaging was a trainee, with hardly any experience. Once supervising person left for another customer my masseur was absolutely lost not knowing what to do. 50 min of remaining time was very unprofessional. i didn’t wanted to be rude and remained at the table. Fault is with business owner not with unskilled workers.

Disaster! I bought a groupon and took the appointment. After a 46 hours flight I needed a good massage. Paid $25 extra on top of the groupon for hot oil massage. The therapist wasn’t able to communicate properly. There was no hot oil. The therapist felt angry. She didn’t even know the pressure points. I was waiting for the massage to get over. It was more of a stressful experience for me.Got out & went to massage studio across the street.

Very professional and great service. Highly recommended if you want a thai massage. Been here three times and every time friendy staff and attentive masseurs. Used a voucher and found the booking process easy. However they can be very busy so it is advisable to book early.

Very bad experience. Not recommend to go. Got a groupon ticket to use. I called them at 13:48pm on Tuesday and booked a service at 19:30pm on Thursday. So I went there today at 19:20pm and was told I had never been booked. I couldn't have any service and was refused to talk to the manager. The staff are very very rude. It's such a waste of time and ruin your mood. There are so many other massage shops in Sydney. Do not waste your time and money to Malee.

I am sorry to be negative but I didn't enjoy my visit very much. My massage wasn't very good (at least not the back part). You don't feel very welcomed and it's noisy. Other staff kept walking with her slippers back and forth which was very noisy. When I got changed I also noticed a camera in the room. I don't know why?? I paid $39 for a Groupon voucher and would not go again. Sorry

Had body scrub last week. One hour. After reading reviews, I approached it with trepidation and low expectations but had a voucher so off I went. What a surprise! had a full 55 mins and masseuse was very good. Only complaint was that water used to wash off scrub was quite cool for the last 20 mins or so. I'm guessing someone has been reading the poor reviews!!!

I have visited the same place today (April 2017) with my son who had a massage from the same lady (see my comment below from January). Today the quality of massage was fantastic again. The lady stretched and folded my son like a handkerchief while he seemed to be so relaxed almost asleep. I was very impressed watching the action from beside the bed because no one would call my son a flexible one.I've been to this place twice this month (January 2017). The first time was great. The massage was done by a young man, strong hands, attentive to details, all work no chit-chat. Excellent!The second time the massage was done by an older lady. The quality of the massage was good again. The drawback was that the massage was finished in 45 mins instead of one hour. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she spoke to the lady who did the massage and she apologised and agreed to add 10 mins. The lady said that she forgot that she had started the massage later(!). My booking was for 1 pm and she was still having her lunch at that time, so she started the massage later than it meant to be. Normally I don't mind waiting for 10-15 mins when I come to massages, I am not a picky customer. But I would've thought that she goes through a certain routine for a full body one hour massage. Obviously she had to do a short cut to her routine to finish it in 45 mins and she didn't question this at the time. This is a bit of a worry to me. So 4 stars...

Loved the massage here will definitely go back. Staff were friendly and professional. Good mid range place...what you see is what you get. Really firm massage which I enjoy. Used a Groupon voucher no issues. Looking forward to next time

$49 for a 90 min massage.. you really cant complain! The masseuse was lovely and knew her stuff. Very easy to book and great location. What a win.
