The best malaysian restaurant by far in Melbourne. The sambal is definitely very authentic. Their fried chicken was cooked well and tasty. Everything is just perfect! Customer service is great, very friendly staff. Premises is really clean. Will be coming back soon!

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Papa Rich Restaurant, and I must say that the experience was far from pleasant. From the moment I walked into the restaurant, it was evident that this place has some serious issues that need immediate attention.First and foremost, the staff at Papa Rich Restaurant displayed a shocking level of rudeness and indifference towards customers. Instead of being greeted with a warm welcome, I was met with dismissive stares and impatient gestures. It felt as though I was inconveniencing them by simply being there. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was utterly disheartening.Moreover, the service at Papa Rich Restaurant was excruciatingly slow, to say the least. I had placed my order with high hopes of enjoying a timely meal, but alas, it was not meant to be. The food took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and when it did, it was lukewarm at best. It was evident that my order had been sitting around for far too long before it was brought to my table. This lack of attention to detail and quality control is simply unacceptable.To make matters worse, my order at Papa Rich Restaurant was also incomplete. I specifically requested certain items, but they were missing from my plate. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, their response was nonchalant at best. Instead of rectifying the situation promptly, they seemed more interested in blaming the kitchen or making excuses. It was an infuriating experience, leaving me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.In light of these negative experiences, I would strongly advise against dining at Papa Rich Restaurant. The combination of rude staff, late orders, and missing items has left a lasting negative impression on me. It is clear that this restaurant lacks the commitment to provide a satisfactory dining experience to its customers.I sincerely hope that the restaurant management takes these concerns seriously and implements immediate changes to rectify these issues. As a paying customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and receive the service I expect. Until then, I will not be returning to Papa Rich Restaurant, and I would caution others to think twice before doing so as well.

Been to Papparich many times for take away, first time dining. Impress by the friendliness and cleanliness of the restaurant. We ordered the dry egg noodles with steamed chicken. It was tasty, went down well with the Ribena & Lychee ice drink on a hot Melbourne summer day.

I like the taste, the service also good. The place not to crowded when I came.I like the laksa the most, it's thick and so tasty...

“I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food quality was mediocre at best and the waiting time was ridiculous. Although we ordered starters at the beginning, they came out last after we had finished our mains. Furthermore, the dishes we ordered did not look quite like what was shown on the menu.”

I really was so exited before ordering the food. But that thriving was there untill entering in the restaurant. As i entered the staff on the service seems very new and neither smile or neither welcoming behaviour i can see. While waiting have come across some of the staff one of them was a very old lady cleaning the tables, really loved her charming towards the customers, treating everyone with smile and checking back with the food such a wonderful lady. There were some of the younger ones which of them seems like needy in job neither they like their job nor they treat the work with respect not even towards customers. Finally food was brought by the old lady. The taste of the food was really soo bad can really smell the rawness. We couldn’t even had one fourth of the food, it was that bad and my friend just took a bite and left it as it came out. Imagine how the food tasted. The two starts was just only for the lady who served us and treated us well. It was really a very bad experience.

Super Asian delicacies. Awesome friendly crews serving sumptuous varieties of Asian dishes that drools you. Tasty food, friendly crews, cleaner environment etc, is all that we crave and look out for when comes to eateries. Prices are rather competitively reasonable. Its a place where it appeals you to frequent there. It's always a delight to come here. This is the fourth time already I've gone here. Once with my colleague and 3 times I went with my family.This is why I need to post a review.Everyone there is welcoming, trying to accommodate us with good seats.The menu is extensive and well written, especially since it has vegetarian and vegan options.We ordered Roti Canai (vegetarian), Nasi Lemak, Vegetarian Char Koay Teow and Hainanese Steam Chicken with Rice (my daughter gave 2 thumbs up for it)This is why I posted a review because I highly recommend people go to this branch.
