went in today to upgrade both mine and my husband’s phones to iphone 11,the staff were very very busy and understaffed but i was greeted immediately and told it would be at least half hour wait they took my phone number and rang me when they were ready while i went to kmart. REBECCA was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and sorted us with 2 new phones. it’s very hard for retail staff they are under a lot of pressure because of cutbacks,people need to be more understanding a smile to a staff member works wonder.thankyou Rebecca for your help.

Port Lincoln is why ... Or why not ... My mother in law seeks to transfer carrier to an alternate provider ... Needed to unlock a pre paid phone 2-3 years old ... Told cost of $80 and 15 business days ... In Adelaide takes about 3 minutes and was free at my last transfer. Regional communities ought be outraged.

What a joke of a shop! A girl took my contact details and told me I’ll be on the waiting list…..there was no one in the shop. I was sitting there for 15 min while all Telstra employees are doing nothing. I left !!!!

Went in to fix my in-laws internet issues as they were sold a wireless 4G service over the phone when NBN is available in their area,just because they didn’t want a landline.Went into the shop, waited ten minutes to be told it was a fifteen minute wait, gave the manager my number and he said he would text us when ready, 45 minutes later still no contact, we went back to the store, no apology.Got seated with the manager and once we explained that the service was sold to the in-laws was not at all what they needed and that NBN was available to them at the time they were persuaded in to this over the phone.He explained he doesn’t get involved with the processes and he would have to get someone else to help!Once we had someone to help us all they wanted to do was to get us to get more products on HRO plans.He explained if we did this they would waive the $99 connection fee. So to explain this buy a $299 sound bar on a HRO and pay it off over 24 months @ $12.45pm to get $99 waived . In other words spend $299 to save $99???We declined the HRO offer, we then just proceeded with the standard contract sign up.We got home with the modem plugged it in lights on the rear lit up but no power indicator on the front and constant drop out while on the 4G backup, checked the modem settings it wasn’t registering the sim,so back to the store. I explained that there was an issue with the modem and no power light coming on , the store assistant advised that THE POWER LIGHT WONT ACTIVATE UNTIL THE NBN CONNECTION IS COMPLETE !!!WHAT?He then said that he couldn’t supply a new modem as the order is still provisioning! He said to go home use the modem until the order is completed if the light doesn’t come on they will swap the modem then.After arguing the issue for 15 minutes he turned on another modem to his surprise the power light was onHe still refused to swap the modem, instead supplied an additional modem to use until the order was completed, then we can take both modems back to get the original one replaced.EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE !!!Do YOURSELF A FAVOUR DRIVE TO WHYALLA AND TRY THEM IF YOU NEED TELSTRA!!!

Had to get a new phone . Waited not long and had a young girl serve me I think her name was Sophie . All was explained to me and it took no time at all for her to set it up and transfer all the things from my old phone .I was very grateful
