Very rude staff. I was waiting for my script for more than 45 minutes. When I asked the lady about my script and told her that I am waiting for more than 45 minutes, she started yelling. She was very very rude.

terrible service when trying to get my script. went there firstly a month ago to pick up my script (the actual piece of paper) and the lately was yelling at me from behind the counter that she couldn’t do that she can only give the medication which i understand now but didn’t know at the time. just wish she politely explained that to me instead of yelling at me and making me feel stupid for not knowing that.so then i come back a few weeks later to actually pick up the medication allready with a sour taste in my mouth from last time and they can’t find my script all of a sudden? i tell them the exact date it was sent and everything. nope isn’t on the system! so they’ve lost my script and now i can’t get my medication and the doctors office is closed!!! my script was there when i went last time so i said you guys have lost it then? and she said nope we can’t loose scripts. even thought they’ve clearly lost mine. there lucky i am not dependent on this medication and i still have a few days left to sort this all out but honestly terrible service all round

Go to any chemist warehouse store but not this for sure. I never had such a nasty experience; the staff is so rude. I requested a staff to help me find a face bleach; at first she didn’t listen and when made to stop she said, “they don’t sell that product“. I showed her the product online and after looking at my phone she again walked away ignoring me on my face without any apology. I called another staff to explain about her colleague and she said, “leave her alone as she is new”. There is always a way to say things. The second staff we spoke to was more rude and didn’t care about how the customer feels.One staff covering up for the other staff and noone available to provide customer service. Very very rude!

Avoid this shop! Very disappointed customer. I lodged my online order fir electronic prescription to pickup instore. After waiting for a day, nothing happened so I called in store and waited for 15mins to talk with 3 different persons. Finally a man advised that they do not proceed escript orders as instructions in their own Chemist Warehouse website. I must bring the escritoire in store if wanted to order again. Waste a lot of time. Lack of communication. Inconsistent instructions online and what actually happened in this store

Impressed. The woman at the register, I see her often and she has asked me how I was and even commented when I looked better. I use this chemist most often. I've not had any problems with it at all. Is it the way people approach them? I've had incredible customer service also. A special price item was in the back room and the lady kept looking and brought out as many as I wanted for the AMAZING cheaper price. They often check online for me to discover product availability in other stores.Whenever I need help, I always start with Excuse me please..."

Poor customer service, informed the wait would be '10-15' mins and still waiting after a half hour with no explanation or acknowledgement of the delay. Won't be coming back..

RUDE & AGGRESSIVE ! One lady in particular is arrogant , confrontational and down right aggressive ! The first time I experienced this feral blonde woman was when I simply and politely asked where the advertised" masks where

Always friendly and helpful and if you run out of dog treats they have a pet section!

Worst is not a suitable word for the staff and pharmacist over here. The owner might be from an arab background running the pharmacy and you can understand what knowledge he would have or what kind of attitude would be there. He is a racist person and does not have a proper knowledge of the medicine. They will keep you waiting for long and end up giving you wrong medicine and once you complain, he will start shouting on you. Same kind of behaviour from the sales staff.I’m happy that I don’t usually live in this area and not have to go to this chemist warehouse agin. Chemist warehouse head office should take care of this branch and not wait for an incidence because of incompetence of the pharmacists
