Extremely poor standard of pharmacy practice.Pharmacist, girl, I wish not want to name, on provided instructions of how frequent to take the medications.However, failed to ask for allergies (one of the drugs was amoxycillin), failed to mention to finish the course, failed to provide common side effects to expect, failed to ask for other medical conditions or concurrent medications.Also, provided incorrect information of taking half an hour before food, which Clarithromycin, another drug on the same Rx, should be taken with or after food due to nausea.I was handed the medications to take to the front register without any consideration of privacy, e.g an opaque privacy bag.

Range is fine, floor staff are fine, but the pharmacists tend to have a bit of a god complex and challenge everything your doctor has recommended. They may be good at the book smarts but need a little empathy and better customer service skills.

Nurse Daniel was very helpful. He assisted to book appointment for the flu shot and redeem my Voucher. We bought few other products. As usual. Thank you so much guys. You are awesome.

This enormous store has a great collection of items to buy and super friendly staff. Could look for improvements in the streamlining of the pharmacy dispensary area however. Best place intl the area to buy off the shelf skin care.

Buyer beware: would not refund a Christmas gift (fragrance) on 7 January. Was advised at time of purchase that the stated 7 day return policy was soft - that returns would be accepted after that. So didn't hurry back, despite living locally. Told today that it's strict - exchange only. Wouldn't take my word about what I was told. Best they would do, after 20 minutes of needless arguing, was a gift card. Have shopped here plenty. Now won't come back. How is that good business? Lost far more in future sales than the value of the refund.

I was there for a document sighting. The pharmacist told me they need a gold coin “Donation”, which is a $2 “Donation”.I refused to pay, they then refused to sight the document for me.I don’t think this is even legal to do so. It is by law, sighting documents are free of charge and is illegal to charge money.Does anyone have the same experience with them?

Pharmacist was working by himself.My medications normally take 15-30 minutes to prepare. The gentlemen had them prepared in 5 minutes!One of the best chemists!
