Highly unprofessional!!! Called Shaun up a day before stating I’ve got an outboard that hasn’t been started in a while..So one would think to bring the necessary fluids oil, fuel etc to flush the engine… Had none of the above mentioned and left without any word when i suggested to just add the fuel and what not to the bill.Pretty disappointing… Would bother with this company

Fantastic experience! Motor hadn’t been started in about 8 months. Shaun was prompt and arrived when he said he would, did the service and got our motor running again. Great service, great guy, we’ll book him again!

About as reliable as a 2yr old lifeguardBooked in for a scheduled service of a Yamaha Outboard as I had a trip planned for a day later.He called the morning of the booking to try and move the booking forward as his earlier client had cancelled, we couldn't due to work, but confirmed that we had taken half the day off to get it done. He said see you at the original time of 1pm.He didn't show up. Only after we sent him a polite message he rudely called back and said he's not going to wait around" and that he wasn't going to come because he was now in Brisbane (nice priority shift). No apology or attempt to try reschedule just said "nah I never said i was coming".....and hung up.No second chance for this laugh of a business."
