Salon X

Lovely salon situated in a pretty Paddington Street. My stylist is Kisinia who is relatively new to the salon. I followed her from her previous salon. The reason being that she does really great colour - innovative and professional. She is an excellent stylist too and cuts hair with great care. I frequently receive compliments on my hair after a visit, which is a definite plus! I am totally satisfied with the service at Salon X.

If you want great hair, run don't walk into Salon X. Great staff who really know every thing there is to know about hair. Cool vibe and super helpful staff. Love their blow drys, they do their best to fit you in, even on busy days.

Great team. Have been a happy hair cut and colour customer for many years.

Whenever i go it has the best service and the staff are great!

Went in the other week for a balayage. Staff were rude and ignorant of my requests. Colour was off. It was a shame for such an expensive service to fall so short.

Ksenia is THE BEST!!! Where to even start? Like a fairy godmother, she waved her magic wand and turned my box-dyed dark brown hair into a stunning shade of silver. It wasn’t that simple of course - she put in a LOT of work over two appointments! Cleansing bath, foils, toning… all of it. Ksenia’s skills are incredible and she’s so knowledgeable about colour correction. You can tell she is genuinely passionate about hair and takes a lot of pride in her work.Her communication was wonderful too. She explained what was achievable and what it would take to get there, but I am honestly blown away by what she’s managed to accomplish in just two visits. I am over the moon with the results and Salon X is very lucky to have a talented hairdresser like Ksenia as part of their team!!!

Couldn't recommend this place more! I've been seeing Ksenia to lighten my hair and she amazes me every time, giving me a warm, natural looking blonde. Really nice place and great customer service.

Just disappointed that I wasn't listened to. After 40 years of being on this planet with thick, curly, unruly hair I know what works best for it. For a salon of this reputation and price tag I thought I was in trusted hands after my consultation. I feel I got the exact opposite haircut for what is good for my type of hair. Im facing 2 years of wearing my hair in a bun growing this out. Doesn't suit my hair type, doesn't suit me. Nice experience in the salon and the stylist was nice, but way off the mark.
