Tony was unprofessional and rude. As a female building her first home on her own I rang up to understand a few things, I was snapped at, yelled at and none of my questions were answered!

We built a gate at the front of our property and followed all the right procedures. Interactions were short, rude and of zero help by Vito. Buyer beware that when you engage a Building Surveyor no matter how terrible they are, you are stuck with them and they know that. Shop elsewhere....wish we had have read these reviews prior to.

Worst Building surveyor. Been trying to withdraw section 80 from my local council through them as they applied for permit long time ago and been making me fool since past 2 weeks. First week I called someone told me, It has been withdrawn and second week I called, they told me they will request redraw this week. Third time I called and emailed too (no response), told me it will be done today and they will reply me with confirmation email.
