I can highly recommend Tanya Gabriel as a Personal Trainer. She is very encouraging (even when my old body doesn’t want to play), knowledgeable and supportive and is so lovely and friendly all while whooping my butt into shape.

One of the best AF in Brisbane. Modern, clean, well equipped and enough space to get in a strong solid lift.The staff is super friendly and attentive and bring a positive welcoming vibe to the space - shoutout to Macka the Manager and Tanya the PT. Always there to help out and make sure you get the most out of your lifts.One of the things that sets them apart is asking for feedback from the gym members and actually implementing change. Good work team.

I did enjoy the gym very much, small but it has everything you need. I was going during quiet and emty times so that I could do my workout peacefully.Unluckily I had to move. The manager told me I could suspend the membership for a while, and if I decided to not come back, I could cancel with no fee, as I already gave my month notice before.When I cancelled they made me pay a hole month even though they did assure me I didn't have to when I left.If I knew that before, I would have clearly cancelled when I was still there that I DID give my month notice.I'm so disappointed and I'll never come back.

AF Chermside is as convenient as it gets. Open 24/7, it sits on the corner of Hamilton Rd and Gympie Rd, right across the Westfield Shopping Centre. I live in Chermside and I can walk there, which is a big plus for me.I really like this gym. It's small but has everything I need, including racks and tons of weights. Machines are good also - it's often busy (I train 3 times a week in the early evening) but never too crowded, so you never have to wait for machines, weights and benches.Maddie is a superstar and so is the rest of the team - super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. With so many gyms out there, all with similar value propositions, a smile and a friendly hello from staff makes all the difference in the world.I also like AF because I travel extensively across the world and no matter where I go, I have access to an AF branch or two that aren't too far from where I stay.

Well equipped gym with helpful and friendly staff.Supplements are sold on site.There is undeniably a wonderful atmosphere in the gym.Good for gym goers of all levels.
