Just got back from the salon where they restyled my 7 year olds hair, Bec did a fantastic job and made my daughter feel comfortable too. My daughter loves her hair and I've booked in to get mine done! Thanks again for an excellent service!

Linear Hair - Shop 6 at Caroline SpringsI wanted to write a review about my experience as I know it may help others. I was looking for a new local hairdresser so I could stop going into the city and I was quite nervous as in the past my experiences have not been good with my blonde and I have had to return to my old hairdresser in the city. I met with Chelsea at Shop 6 CS Square Caroline Springs Linear Hair Salon and explained to her what I want. From the get go Chelsea was quietly confident, very friendly and accommodating. She was familiar with what I wanted and had no doubt she would be able to assist me. I attended the salon yesterday and my experience was great. The girls were very friendly. Chelsea was quick doing my full head of highlights, she was spot on with the quoted timing, my quote that she originally gave me did not alter, she had the perfect amount of discretion with respect to conversation and allowed me to enjoy some quite time. I had two great coffees, she gave me a great head massage to top off the experience and I left feeling wonderful. Today seeing the colour, I am more than happy and know I have found a new hairdresser. Chelsea is lovely.

Had the lovely Naomi do some balayage/ombré on my hair on a last minute appointmentAfter being very disappointed with another salons work I took a chance and was so pleased. She listened to exactly what I asked and really made sure she was creating the look I was after before even touching my hair and through-out the whole process. Very pleased and Would recommend

WORST place ever to get a haircut !!I went in there to fix my hair which were not that bad ( considering what i have now ) and told the lady to do layers.She didnt even undestood what i asked for just chopped my hair now i have to live with this ugly haircut for weeks.Careful before you go there money is secondary but you cant fix whats done.

My first visit to Linear and I had Chelsea do my hair today, fixing another salons mistake. So friendly and did a fantastic job. Its the little things that matter, like offering tea or coffee, head massage, and just a good relaxing vibe. Will definitely be back :) thank you!

Completely unprofessional & they cancelled my appointment!I went into Linear Hair Caroline Springs 2 weeks ago. I had a photo of a new transformation I wanted. I asked if it was achievable and the hairdresser said she could do it. She explained it might not happen in the first go but we could get there eventually. I said I also wanted hair extensions to match this new colour. She said providing we could get the colour first go, which she couldn't guarantee and I understood, we could do the extensions on the same day because they had all the hair in stock! I was wrapped and booked my hair for Monday coming. It would take all day and I was quoted over $1000.Last night, a week and a half after i made the apppontment, I got a call from the hairdresser at 8.30pm explaining that she had forgotten to ask for a deposit for the service and I was expected to pay 50% before Monday. I said that would be tricky because of my hours at work and I didn't know why I needed to put a deposit on the extensions when we weren't even sure we could get the colour within the first appointment. She then explained that either way the $500 would go towards my hair colour and cut but I argued that that's hardly a deposit, that's me paying full price for the service even before I've sat in the chair! I said leave it with me- I'll see what I can do.Earlier this morning another hairdresser called me to say that the hairdresser that had taken my appointment felt uncomfortable doing my service and THEY WERE CANCELLING MY APPOINTMENT! I couldn't believe just 12 hours before they wanted a $500 deposit. She believed I had unrealistic expectations of what could happen in the first go and therefore didn't want to do it. I explained that wasn't the case, I knew it might not happen right away and that's why I didn't want to leave a deposit for the extensions.It was realistic enough to take the appointment and ask for a ridiculous deposit. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Completely unprofessional!

My husband and I have been having our hair done at Linear for about 4 years.We enjoy the friendly environment and banter we share with Shaun whom we have watched develop from an apprentice that drenched me whilst trying to wash my hair into a professional hairdresser.We now bring our toddler along too and she makes up all the excuses in the world to go see the team.Elise does our hair every 4 weeks and understands our individual needs perfectly.
