I have had Brittany do a in home stretch therapy once a week for the last month. She is punctual, very knowledgeable and knows what she is talking about. I have had fairly bad knee pain and since Brittany has been coming to see me i can definitely see an improvement.I would highly recommend Brittany.

Brittany is an amazing therapist! She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand what is happening in your body. I have been seeing Brittany regularly for the past year and she has really helped my knees and hips with massage, cupping and trigger point needling! I highly recommend her to anyone with any sporting injuries or any types of aches and pains!

I am a tennis player and have been using MYST therapies for the past couple of months to help with recovery from training and tournaments. The personalised experience Brittany provides is exceptional and unmatched!
