I had the most amazing experience. My hair is just what I was after. I wanted it lighter and to lift the blonde. Every time I have been to hairdressers in the past it has taken 3+ hours and cost an arm and a leg to get the result that I got yesterday in half the time and price. I love my new color! Thank you!!!

I had a very bad experience at this hair dresser. I requested an ombre/balayage and I left with terribly damaged bleached blonde hair which was a brassy blonde going from near the top of the roots all the way down to my tips. My hair had been bleached twice in 2 sessions within a few days of each other, which has left my hair severely damaged.It was the first time getting an ombre and I was told no information what the process was and the damage my hair would incur during the bleaching process. After 2 sessions with the hair dresser I still did not have my desired hair, and instead was left with irreparable damage and a dead straight line instead of the natural gradient I was expecting.After the whole process was finished I told the ladies at the salon that I couldn't leave looking like this and their solution was to get the top layer of my hair and dye it black and add more toner to the blonde to try and get rid of the brassiness. It didn't work out well. I didn't know my hair would have to be bleached again (if I wanted to achieve the ombre look) after they dyed it black, so all the bleaching and damage had been for nothing. They charged me full price for their mistake without offering a discount or to come back to fix the job free of charge. Warning to all, please reconsider going to this hair dresser.

I have definitely`found one of Perth's better hairdressers. Lauren actually remembered what she had done the month (or more) before without reminder, and then promptly gave me another great razor cut. It's a long drive for me, but definitely worth it. Please L, don't move interstate.

Nice little hidden gem off any main road with a excellent and friendly team. Very welcoming and highly attentive to the service they provide. It's hard for me to trust any with my hair but I put faith here and I wasn't disappointed. It was a simple trim, but was happy with the outcome. Will definitely be come here from now on.

My daughter had her hair washed and curled by Grace. She enjoyed the experience.We were able to be accommodated for the next morning which was really appreciated.

I have curly hair, and I was very happy with the haircut, highlights and hair treatment. I was pleased with Justine's ability to cut and style curly hair. It is a great environment, everyone was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone with curly hair.

The staff here are fantastic, they always offer a coffee or tea and are friendly and chatty. Since coming here I have never had a bad hair day.

Lana is so friendly, easy to talk to, and has done a beautiful cut and blow wave on my very fine hair. It was my first visit back here for over 15 years, and I was made to feel totally at home and relaxed.Lana was very professional did a thorough consultation and really LISTENED to what I was wanting before my hair was washed. She took time to ensure a great cut was done and double checked everything at the end, which is a rarity in most salons. I'm looking forward to being a regular client of Lana's and of Setting Trends.Fantastic job Lana.....LOVE my hair.
