I would rate it no stars if I could. Yes the staff are nice and happy but that's because their overcharging your pocket. Heavily inflated prices especially with medicinal cannabis.

Such a nice team in this pharmacy. They are always willing to help. It has great services like compounding prescriptions and they txt me when my medications are due. Can't rate them enough

Overpriced and terribly unorganized. They will invoice you for a product and not send it to you until a whole week later. (Edit: to make things much worse the product I paid for previously now doesn't even exist at all therefore making it an illegal invoice)

Contrary to other reviews, this pharmacy and the staff are fantastic. Being polite goes a long way, service I have received there as a regular medicinal cannabis customer over the last year has been exceptional.

I had a BAD experience whilst shopping at this pharmacy last night. The girls were so unfriendly and the prices are way worse than the other pharmacy.The Pharmacist also was completely unknowledgeable, unhelpful and impatient .I DO NOT recommend this place!! 0 Star for the service!!

Not great. they gaslit me and said the medication which I had before didn't exist. Then when I showed them photos of the medication they said it was prescription only, which it isn't, it literally says 'pharmacist only medication' on the packaging. I work in a pharmacy, I know these things. I had to wait until the next day to get the medication from another pharmacy, who were confused when I told them the story. I understand denying medication to someone if you're scared they might use it for nefarious purposes, but I really don't seem sketchy at all. Wouldn't go, waste of time.

Unorganized, unprofessional and unreliable.I have been a regular patient and been receiving monthly supply of my medication posted to me for the last 8 months.I have never had a smooth transaction with this pharmacy. Literally every time, there is a delay from when I have paid and placed an order to when received it. (and it has nothing to do with AusPost. It's actually the pharmacy not procuring and sending the order in time)I have had many instances where I have been left without my medication for days, just due to pharmacy's admin mistakes and delays.I am not exadurating when I say, a 12 year old on eBay can do a better job in furfiling orders.I have to make several phone calls ( for every single order), just to make sure my paid order is on track and is getting to me in time. I should not have to stress and waste so much of my time when I want to receive the same, regular, monthly medication. It is the same poor customer service, story every month.If you have the option of dealing with another chemist, I highly recommend doing so.

Awful service anybody here posting postive feedback probably works at the store trying to level out the reviews because there is absolutely no way they deserve even 1 star would of given 0 if could.

If you are deciding on visiting this chemist from making a choice based on these reviews then I would trust me as I have read them all and checked out the people who left good and bad ones and after having first hand experience I can honestly say there isn't a better place to get what you need than here and I say that based on my experiences and they were always able to answer any questions I may have had and always had the products I desired and further more I must add the insider knowledge of the staff after reading some well incorrect reviews , when I was a solid customer and needed to visit them many times during the week I can remember being greeted by the absolutely efficient and knowledgable staff and being there so regularly I was able to set aside my reason for being there and how I was thought of as a patient kinda thing and It felt natural to me when enjoying a conversation to one of the staff about other things besides all things chemist and I know she was absolutely one of the friendliest and nicest girls i've ever talked to and all the staff I talked to were kind people and also I guess I have to add that I found the women who worked there absolutely beautiful so besides me always receiving my medicine I felt happy going there cause the staff were so nice and since recovering from my condition and not needing to go there I actually missed some of the staff and may one day drop back in there , I'd only hope they are still there as I was put in hospital and I was never able to say goodbye and I miss them and unknowingly had a connection to one of them I wanted to discuss that with them , so anyway above all else , this is a great chemist , they can and will give you a date of supply and they will answer your questions and it will be unlike the bad reviews and more like the good ones here and I talk from first hand experience so honestly just try it and I'll bet you will come back , I want to come back and visit them just to say hello to some of the staff who are totally professional and friendly and a more so yes visit and use this chemist , its 5 stars from me feb 2022
