I recently had my ring modified at diamond world, and I do have to say that Jim and his girls are a credit to the jewellery industry. Irene designed a new ring for me and it’s nothing short of amazing, we then had our wedding rings designed and made they are perfect.Very happy with our experience here, would go back and refer to friends. This business was good quality and it’s gone downhill very fast! The owner and his wife are rude, the delays on repairs are never quoted accurately and I’ve personally handed him $15,000 for a subpar product! Save your stress and shops elsewhere. I guess that’s what happens when you burn a child and father and injure employees through cutting corners! I’m sure the same applies to the business practices here! Just unfathomable this failure of a man has destroyed so many happy moments! It’s unbelievable that narellan town centre has no run him out the centre as it’s just not good business practice to keep a retailer like such!
