The worst communication I've ever experienced.3 weeks and still haven't even looked at it. Wont return phone calls. Forced me to go in in person where the arrogance of the workers continued.Definitely AVOID them if you rely on reasonable turn around times and communication. They fail miserably on both.

Friggin awesome! Soldered a connection back on my antiquated charger while I waited, took 2 mins and charged $20 bucks. Unlike the criminal in The Junction that was going to charge me $200 bucks. Thanks guys, appreciate it.

Fixed the equipment in a timely manner. Great service. Check them out if you need something fixed.

Terrible communication skills, they don't answer the phone, they don't call back, take 6 months + for warranties this is just straight up unacceptable they deserve a 0 star rating

Have requested a quote for a very simple repair at least 5 times, I have had a couple of responses but no quote. The parts are less than $20 from festool (pricing available on their website) and the repair is a 5minute job with the rite tools I don't have the tools myself or I would do the repairs. It is 3 months later and I still have not received a quote. How hard can it be?

Disappointing Service & communication.I recently attempted to return a k4 karcher pressure cleaner to the team that they had replaced O rings in. Prior to the repair the unit had nil leaks, the only fault was surging power. The repair was completed 12 months ago, however, due to recent level 5 water restrictions here in Tamworth I have not been able to test the unit until just recently when we received some long overdue rain. On first use the Karcher was working great for about 5 minutes until something “popped” within the unit and water started rapidly leaking. I turned off the unit and attempted to contact the team and let them know what had happened. Unable to reach them on the phone, I left a voice message which I never received a reply to.On my next visit to Newcastle I attempted to drop the Karcher into their store and explain what had happened. To my surprise they informed me they would not assess the washer without a $60 up front fee, stating 12 months is too long since it was repaired and I could have used the machine multiple times in that period and am withholding the truth!In disbelief with the young mans blunt accusation that I was lying to him I then asked, “if I do pay the $60 for the assessment and the fault turns out to be something left loose during reassembly, will I get the $60 back?” The reply... “No!”I have no problems paying for the washer to be repaired and the labour associated if the fault was new or not related, however, at the very least I thought reasonable that the team could at least assess the cleaner in good faith without the fee. Offended and disappointed I left the store with the washer in hand. I’m very disappointed at the after sales service and lack of understanding. I’m not asking for any special favours or charity, just some understanding. When you live 3 hours away and are in the middle of a severe drought it’s very difficult to find out a machine you can’t use, doesn’t work and return it within 3 months. I am a loyal customer to professional businesses and love supporting local small business. This business however, I will NOT be using anymore or recommending to anyone else. I’m sure I can find plenty of hard working, talented technicians out there who would appreciate customer loyalty in the current economy.

Very prompt service & fixed within a week, when another repair centre" had not even inspected in 4 weeks. If you have Makita gear

10 out of 10 for this company! Couldn't get the drill bit out of my cordless drill, had googled every solution but nothing worked. They fixed it while I waited and didn't even charge me anything. What a gentleman. ( from a sometimes helpless female)
