This butcher is simply the best. They have the best quality produce. I also tried the beef pie they sell today and I can honestly say it’s the best pie I’ve ever had in my life. Thank you.

I bought porchetta for the family for Father’s Day, and it was the best ever. The skin was pre-cured so created the best crackling, the richness of the pork and fat and the bitter herbs was a perfect match. Recommended. Well done guys.

I love this shop. 1888 has quality that is now my benchmark. I have not purchased meat like this in my life ever before and although initially I was skeptical about buying meat like this I am truly glad I did, never buying woolworths meat again.Aside from the meat being the best quality meat I have ever had, the butchers at the shop are clearly masters of the craft and know exactly how to store meat, cook meat and what meat to use for what. They even offer butcher master classes. Yeah. That's how serious they are.Always helpful advice, because of the instructions I have really wowed my Partner and other family members with my cooking skills".I am having trouble articulating how impressed I really am. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. Tell them what you plan on doing and let them give you protips. Some of the little helpful hints they give really make a home cooked meal shine.Keep it up guys. I wont buy my meat anywhere else."

I absolutely love this butcher. Grass fed everything, incredible quality, awesome location, fantastic staff, butcher cuts my beef ribs for me in a special way I like... Worth the extra over supermarket meat, without a doubt.
