Flowers and Frames

I rang and confirmed two bunches of flowers to be delivered on Sunday which Nick assured me would happen but they were delivered on Saturday instead. There was no communication or reasoning for this happening. It was lucky both recipients were home otherwise they would of died overnight.The cards that were attached to them were not written verbatim with extra wording added 'Happy Mother's Day & Crew', I did not say '& crew' and this doesn't even make sense.Lastly, in my opinion the quality of flowers were not up to standard based on the pictures on your website for the amount of money paid, with a lot of leaves rather than flowers in the native bouquet. I Will not be buying flowers off you again, which is disappointing as we wanted to support a local Evans Head business.
