We usually order from here with no issues, today we ordered (24th Feb) through Doordash & they forgot to pack some of the items. Called up and spoke to someone named Sarah if I can recall correctly - very, very friendly and professional service! She also dropped off the missing items herself. Thank you Sarah & thank you to this local fish and chips shop for serving the best fish & chips!

Purchased 2 flake, a minimum of chips, (minimum of chips probably equated to a bucket of chips), 4 potato cakes and 2 seafood stcks and a bottle of soft drink. Cost $43, quality not as good as it use to be. Not good value for money.

Brought a family pack and 4 extra dim sims and a extra minimum chips. Spent $63 and have missing items. Four missing dim sims, missing extra chips I ordered. Received 3 potato cakes instead of 4 that was part of rhe family pack!Disgusting, I spent $63 dollars and got ripped off! Chips were terrible. Shame on you for ripping people off!I used to buy from here all the time and never had an issue, NEVER AGAIN!CHECK YOUR FOOD WHEN IT COMES OUT OF THE FRYER IF YOU GOING TO BUY FROM HERE TO PREVENT BEING RIPPED OFF!

Badly cooked Dirty oil,potato cakes paper thin and burnt, chips were just dirty oil sacks of skin, calamari rings really overcooked and tasted like burnt crackers, couldn't eat them ,so l converted the whole disgusting mess to the birds,place looked clean , deception at its best, should close down or serve CUSTOMERS with decent food ,TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE..

Great customer service, however the quality was much to be desired! Lamb Souvlaki is a cheap cut of beef that is covered in horrible herbs to disguise the fact that it is not lamb. Very small oily minimum of chips (a handful at best) and flake was more like a piece of goldfish, small and dry.Sorry but I won't be coming here again.
