North Shore BMW Service Centre

I bought a 200K BMW at North Shore BMW, took the car for servicing at Artarmon. And I have just found out the 5 years service plan is not include the road toll when borrowing their loan car when mine is being serviced by them. Of course, I don’t mind paying the 17 dollars as I have used the toll, but I think I should have been informed before I’ve got the courtesy car. Apart than that, I think the other dealership did a better job. I would never go back there again.

Brought car in for a recall thing, car was perfectly fine when i handed it in. After driving it away this morning the front left tyre was completed deflated and i could hear sounds from the tyre while driving, what the hell?

Had my car serviced and tyres replaced. I pointed out when I dropped the car off that the steering wheel was off-centre so I asked them to fix it. My understanding is that's part of the wheel alignment process.In short, I had to bring my car in 3 times in total but they did not even fix the problem, and they tried to make me pay for a diagnostic check. I said I have researched online on BMW forums and no one mentioned diagnostic was required. In fact, steering wheel adjustment is part of a wheel alignment process. in the last visit they had a mechanic to test drive my car but still nothing changed.In the end, I took to an independent mechanic for another wheel alignment. It took them two attempts but they fixed the issue. NO DIAGNOSTIC REQUIRED. BMW mechanics are lacking experiences, sadly. If it's not in the manual, they have no idea what to do.Their favourite response we need to run a diagnostic". I also had a rear right indicator warning. When I mentioned that

One of the most appalling service I have ever experienced.We needed to replace a mirror cover on our X3. After being thrown around in confusion between their spare part department and workshop, we have been called a week later to collect the parts and fitting.On arrival I parked in the drive through as instructed by their receptionist. Been then directed to go pick up my parts from their parts department. On return to my vehicle, one of their personnel walks towards me with the most rude attitude. First asking if I was working here and then asking what I was doing. He didnt ask how he could help. I told him if he wanted to help he could help me fit the mirror. He declined to help and immediately pointed out to me that I was not supposed to park here and that I should drive away as soon as possible. When advised his colleague instructed me to park here he replied she didnt know.I got back home and tried to install the part to find out they made a mistake in the order. I ordered 2 parts for the left mirror only. They ordered a left cover and right frame. Had to go back so they re-order the correct part.You got to make an effort to be as rude and incompetent as this place. I would never leave my car to this place again.

Fabulous service provided by North Shore BMW Service Centre when we had an issue with a sensitive sensor below the boot of the car. They arranged to have their friendly staff Christine to come and pick up our car, leave a loan car behind and drop the car back to our house within an hour, all because our bub will be due any minute now. Highly recommend it! Vanessa from Customers Relations is extremely efficient and on the ball and we can’t thank her enough for her assistance throughout.

It was a quite busy centre to be honest the service is just not there. It started from booking, I booked for Jun service there's no option for any sort of drop off or loan car offered or fastline service. Then I got a email been notified my booking rescheduled to 11/05 due to some cancellations. Then it comes to shop, the actual experience even worse, it feels like you are dealing with bunch of scammers or cowboys..the staff in the morning try to sale on a wheel alignment for $190, I have agreed to do so, then in the afternoon I got a call from the staff mentioned my 2 back Tyers are pretty worn out, that they cannot conduct a wheel alignment until I get Tyers changed with them which cost $1300. I asked them to leave as it is when I checked with local Tyrepower and bobjens, both of the technician advised it is not true that the tyer needs to be changed as tyre still have a good 10k to go. It says on the paperwork basic wash and vacuum which definitely did not happen For a basic vehicle check up, I dropped off my car 930 am, barely finished at4:50. I got a auto message saying car is ready and the centre close at 5pm, I have to wait online for another 10 mins to confirm they actually close at 530pm not 5. Not impressed.

Very poor service at a very high cost. Paid over $1,000 for a basic vehicle service (usually go to Mini Sydney but it was an extra 2 month's wait) - and they didn't even check the interior seats (passenger seat is stuck) - was told I should have informed them and offered no support to get it fixed. Will never buy another BMW vehicle again.Update - just had a very uncomfortable and agressive call from the service centre, who offered no rectification but instead pointed out that 1000+ is the usual cost from BMW and that I should have pointed out the seat was stuck before the service (a fair point). My issue is not just with that, but with how they've handled the interaction. A bit shocked with their attitude.

Regarding an incident that occurred during the vehicle service in the month of May this year, I would like to emphasize the following:It is imperative to thoroughly inspect the dash cam power cables upon receiving your vehicle subsequent to the service. Regrettably, I encountered an unfortunate occurrence wherein I was involved in an accident due to a disconnected power supply, resulting in the loss of valuable footage. To mitigate any prospective mishaps in the future, it is of utmost importance to ensure the proper connection of all components.Upon addressing the matter with the service center, one of their employees promptly assumed responsibility and acknowledged the error. Fortunately, the incident remained minor in nature. Nevertheless, it is essential to underscore the significance of the aforementioned loss of footage. In the event of a more severe circumstance wherein human lives are at stake, the presence of that footage would have assumed a profoundly critical role. This occurrence serves as a poignant reminder of the potential impact that such oversights can wield in pivotal moments.

I’ve had my BMW hatch serviced here a few times and drive all the way from the Shire to the North Shore because the servicing is excellent, as is the pricing, friendly staff and the professionalism! I’m due for one soon and know that the process will run smoothly. Highly recommend!

I bought my car from another dealership but always come to North Shore BMW for service due to its excellent customer service. I had a few maintenance issues with my car and the Hamza always went above and beyond to help me resolve the problems. He is professional, warm and thoughtful. I would highly recommend North Shore BMW to whoever need it.
