Am at Hope Downs Village. I unwind at night by watching TV for an hour or so. Keeps me from the wet mess.Room has a TV. Remote not working.TV freezes every second or two. Some channels not at all. Asked to get sorted through service line. Received email two days later had been fixed" NOT!So

Sent me twice invites for interview online Teams and phone and never actually showed up. Sent email to person twice to ask what happened? Once got a Easter holiday break reply and for teams no reply at all. Wonder how their HR department works? What HR?

Have experienced Sodexo food at FQM WA poor quality food.Have been in mining over 35 plus years and is by far the worst experience I have had.Worst quality of food nutrition and poor presentation.Food is either undercooked or overcooked, really surprised that an international catering company can maintain contract.1 in 5 meals are OK at best.General consensus of personnel at site is the same poor quality.Lack of experienced chefs and cooks.In saying that the people are friendly and kind

I spent a month and a half on this corporate interview and induction. I had the same interview twice and they sent me the same induction twice,too. And finally The answer was I'm so sorry".I recommend this company only for those who have a lot of time"

Was smooth and easy throughout the entire onboarding process. Any questions or queries were answered immediately and thoroughly. Also very friendly and personable staff. The on site training was thorough and covered all bases. Overall I was very impressed. Thanks very much.
