Carrum Downs Pharmacy Select

I have been using this pharmacy for years and found the team to be very professional, helpful and friendly. I like visiting the pharmacy. Smile and they will smile back. Love having a chat to the ladies behind the counter assisting the Pharmacists.

I have been tested covid positive. I buy all my scripts and the family as well. I cant believe i got no support . I rang to ask if my doctor sends you a script will you be able to process it and have it delivered as i am in isolation. The reply I received was cant you get an e-script and have someone get it for you . If i did I wouldn’t be ringing you for help . Unfortunately like the other people in Carrum Downs we dont really have an option . If you can avoid this pharmacy please do . Even if they said they would deliver it the next day i would have been alright with that . But this medication was for my grandchild who needed it urgently for croup. Very disappointing

This Pharmacy is our local so that is where we go for all our pharmacy needs. Just recently I was assisted by Renee who is always friendly, helpful and smiling. There seems to be a general good feel" about this outlet and all the staff generally are helpful with Renee remembering my name which is impressive in a very busy outlet a well done

Its ok place the girls up there they smells like you don't wanna know also they are very rude and stupid I only give a 5 star just for sam he's a very nice guy and very helpful with out him the rest is very poor and race smelly girls and they look orange haha because they tant.

I have been attending this Chemist for the past 7-8 years and find the staff very helpful and attentive. Of course new staff have to learn how it works. There has been a few Owners over the years and assistants filling out a multitude of scripts and also giving advise to customers when required. All in all, I wouldn't go anywhere else as my needs and requirements are met with relative ease.

For such a small store they always seem to have everything I'm looking for and more, yesterday I found products I didn't know were available just because I had been looking at other pharmacy, the staff are a lot more knowledgeable about the products they sell, considering the item I was looking for they got it 100% correct and it's not something that's a common problem so I was so pleased to get proper professional advice and direction from such a polite and respectful young woman. if you have any problems that other pharmacy's staff need to go asking around for assisting advice then your in the wrong place and just because other places might have a lot more choices and 20 different brands doesn't mean they know what you need or have what you need. This place will be honest with you and not just sell you what they have on the shelf unless they know it is what you require. 100% respect.

Used to like coming here till the pharmacist Basically made me feel like i was seeking dr*gs or doing something horrible, for asking for melatonin......... melatonin........ seriously ? I have crohns disease and im up all night in pain and trying to avoid medications which is why i asked for melatonin which is basically a vitamin...Girl bye.

Started using this chemist when we moved into the area 3 years ago. The pharmacists and support staff have always been helpful. I especially want to highlight pharmacist Benjamin who is diligent to check accuracy of prescriptions, as my mother periodially is prescribed additional medications. And Katie who is always so helpful.

Absolutely terrible service at the pharmacy end. I went to collect a script my and was grunted at 'you can get this at the counter'. Stunned I went and paid for what they had given me. When I got in my car I realised neither of the two items they gave me were what my script said.

Staff are so incompetent. Had to order in my script and pay for it upfront. Said they would call when special order arrives but never did. When I called, was on hold for far too long and then was told to come and collect. Yet when I got there 20 mins later, they cannot find it. Unacceptable service with 3 pharmacists on and 3 assistants. If I could give no stars, I would - avoid if possible.
