Mel created and held a safe place for me to work through another layer of old trauma. The process was gentle, and Mel kept checking in with me throughout the session. Everything was explained to me at the beginning. I have seen a few counsellors in my life but Mel was the first one to explain the process can keep working for a couple of days and she followed up with me two days later to see how I was travelling. I had another session with her which really helped in learning ways to manage the anxiety that comes with setting boundaries. I highly recommend Mel’s services, she genuinely wants to empower women, is skilled, professional and puts clients first.
