Ian and his father have been amazing. Not only have I called him and he came out today when we he was on holidays, he even gave us some tips on different ways to jump start the car. I went into there shop a few months ago after receiving a ridiculous quote from another company before I handed over our money his father was giving me a whole list of places to look before I had to spend money getting a new key. Although I never found them, there was every chance we could of and to give me all that help and advise before happily taking my money goes way beyond customer service. Thank you so much for all your help, will definitely recommend your services.

I rang just after 8:30am as I'd lost the only key to my car. He did say he was busy but he would be able to come out late afternoon and would call when he was on his way. I waited until just after 4pm and, having not heard from him, I called him to ask if he was still coming. He told me that he was busy and wouldn't be able to make it until Monday. I did ask why he didn't let me know earlier so I could make other arrangements and received some garbled nonsense. Please, don't waste your time with this company. In my experience, they cannot be relied upon and I found their communication non-existent. I found this to be a highly unprofessional business.

Locked my keys in my car! called on a public holiday (Melbourne cup) and Ian answered on the second ring! He drove right over (an hour away) and helped me to get into my car and be able to get to work. Amazing service, lovely guy and fantastic price. Thank you so much for saving me!

Extremely unprofessional. Bad public relations p/r. Very arrogant and blamed his poor work onto others. I would recommend you steer clear of this man and his business
