Yeomans is your one stop shop for bathroom renovations. I went there to look at tiles for our recent bathroom/kitchen renovations and ended up buying tiles, vanities, taps and accessories! Claire's service was amazing. She was so helpful in helping me choose everything I needed. The quality of the goods was impeccable and the range is outstanding. Thanks so much.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!I have used Yeomans on many renovations and I would highly recommend them. They have such a great range of tiles and bathroom accessories for every style.The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.Just go there with plenty of time as your creativity will run wild.

I recently purchased some tiles from Yeoman's online website, and can I say that you will not find a more professional, customer focused organisation. First, the service delivery was excellent. The order was processed and shipped within an hour and I received the tiles the next business day. Unfortunately, at no fault to Yeoman's, the supplier had misrepresented the product. Rather than downplay or deflect my concerns, the design team at Yeoman's immediately investigated, provided a number of options and resolved the problem for me within 48 hours. Throughout, the staff could not have been more sensitive to the details of my concerns, more accomodating or considerate in bringing the situation to a fast conclusion. In short, I could not recommend Melanie and the team more throughly. I'm completing a reno, and have discovered buying online can be very fraught, but in my experience, you could not deal with a more reputable, trustworthy and professional organisation. 6 out of five stars

After a recommendation from our builder that the team here would be helpful in going through some different ideas, my experience was similar to some of the 1 star reviews.To begin with, despite only one other customer in their showroom and us looking for 10 minutes, no one came to help.After walking back to the front and asking for help, what was provided wasn’t to the same high level that others comment here which is a shame. When I asked for suggestions / advice as was recommended by my builder as a great place for this, the person helping essentially told me that I needed to know all the items I wanted and then she could put together a price. To me, I can do this on a website and I was really after some additional customer service.

As a local had been aware of Yeomans for years but never had need of tiles, but having decided to renovate our en suite was recommended Yeomans by two acquaintances. What a great experience! An AMAZING selection of really unusual and classy tiles, and all things bathroom/laundry- taps, basins, shower heads, baths and showers. But for me the standout was the staff. When you have little experience and feel a bit intimidated by the whole experience it is so fantastic to have friendly, knowledgeable and patient staff to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Anthony and the team answered all my questions and was so patient as I dithered about. I was particularly impressed with Joel who really assisted me when I asked endless questions and helped me from start to finish. Would not hesitate to highly recommend the team at Yeomans tiles and Joel and the ladies (sorry, forgot their names). Will definitely be using them again. Lesley, Greensborough

Amazing customer service. They had accidentally recorded my mobile wrong in system which meant I never received text message to say items ready for collection. They delivered them personally to my home so I had them before they closed for Xmas. Highly recommend.

We have lived in Eltham over 40 years and during that time we have purchased tiles and other accessories from Yeomans for numerous projects. Now that we are renovating our three bathrooms, Yeomans was the first place we went to. After running around other suppliers, we kept returning to Yeomans and purchase our tiles, vanity, shower base and bath. They have a great display of quality products at reasonable prices. The service provided by Anthony & Joel was exceptional and they did everything they could to ensure that we got what we needed. Their knowledge of their products was excellent and were able to provide great advice and alternative solutions to meet our needs. Even though they were working under difficult conditions due to Covid restrictions, all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Tony & Ange

Recently renovating shower and bathroom space at home. I can not speak more highly of the Yeomans service and expertise. In particular the work of Joel, who went above and beyond to take me through a range of different options. His suggestion for the tiles was terrific, absolutely love them! Greatly appreciated Joel and Yeomans working around my delivery needs also. Highly recommend, great prices and fantastic customer service.

Best Experience!! We needed tiles for our commercial kitchen so we had very specific requirements. Our consultant, Joel, was very professional and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we got the right tile for the job . Could not speak more highly of these guys.
