Product works as it is described

Purchased a shower grab rail - per the diagram from the web site. Left handed - when it arrived it was right handed. After discussions I had indeed ordered the wrong handed ( fix your photos ABP) apparently you hand a grab rail by placing the shower head or toilet behind you ...I was offered a return (15% restocking fee) and me pay return courier.The entire grab rail was $120 ( good quality and good price) but because of the 1000mm X 1100mm X 760mm shape @4.3Kg it was quoted at $450 by TNT to return.So I ordered a new one - and get to scrap the old one.OH! Update - ABP didn't like my review so cancelled my order and told me to go else where - great to deal with.
