I've been a tenant for 6.5 years, up until recently. My very first property manager here was a bit mediocre — but in the last few years I have been well looked after by Amanda and Brett. My household has had prompt communication and real advocacy for us as residents; it made a real difference in our lives.Amanda oversaw a full kitchen renovation and a ceiling replacement (!) and in both cases she was an excellent intermediary. I was lucky to have a good landlord but that was helped by detailed communication and very fair treatment that balanced our needs with the landlord's.Brett has really accomodated us in our prolonged decision to move on and his patience and understanding has made the process of moving out as painless as it can be.My very occasional visits to the office have been pretty pleasant, the staff come across as friendly and professional.

I rented an apartment in Glebe from First National for 5.5 years. I've never had issues with agents in Sydney but this has been my best experience. Tracie is wonderful and has been great to deal with over the years. The other staff have been equally great and responsive. I have just moved out and have my full bond back. If I ever returned to the Sydney rental market, she would be the first person I call.

Mari-Anne has been my property manager for the past year for a house in Glebe. She was extremely personable and professional from my experience dealing with her from the initial house hunting process, to the application and leasing process. It's rare to find a property manager who answers more than a sentence in an email or phone call, but Mari-Anne always put in extra effort including when showing the house for prospective tenants (before we moved in), and instructing repairs and cleaning etc of the house before we put through a request. This level of service is rare in common days commercial leasing market, and is something that deserves compliment!

Mari-Anne of Gary White First National was the property manager for my partner and I for 2.5 years and she was one of the best agents I’ve dealt with in the myriad of apartments I’ve rented. I’d probably put her on the Mt Rushmore of rental property managers in Sydney. Always professional, warm and understanding; she maintained a positive relationship with us and an open line of communication with our landlord.
