Represented my ex. He is holding my settlement funds, taking his time to release them, making my life even more difficult.I have waited long enough through all the legalities. Suffered a lot of heartache and sadness.Nothing but excuses why he has not released them.I may need to contact SAPOL if this is not attended to straight away.Just to add, I called his office yesterday, spoke to a female, I was told my settlement cheque was in the post and on the way to my solicitors.So why have I received an email today from my representation, stating that they have spoken to him, and he is drawing up a cheque to send.Seems untruths are being told.
