GIC Building

After moving into my new home I discovered there was no hot water connected in my 2nd bathroom. The Plumber who inspected my problem advised that I need to contact the people responsible for the new renovations. (I bought my home newly renovated) Previously, prior to my purchase, GIC were called in by the previous owner to complete an unfinished renovation. So at the previous owners instruction I contacted Chad Grundy from GIC. Chad Grundy arranged an immediate inspection which identified the problem. A plumber was on site within 24 hours and fixed the problem without fault. No fee. Perfect work. Cleaned up immediately. No fuss. PROBLEM FIXED. That's as good as it gets. Chad Grundy identified responsibility and fixed the problem. I was shocked at the competency, honest and integrity, but of course I am grateful. Poor quality of workmanship. Under quotes jobs to get them then cuts corners to make up for lost profit. Sponsors overseas workers and takes advantage of them. Due to his poor workmanship I’ve had my house flooded and thousands of dollars of tools and miscellaneous items damaged. He is as good as the unqualified handyman he is.
