I was checking my bank statement and thought I had been double charged for an event. I emailed Ticketbo and someone rang me within the hour to sort it out. It turned out it was my mistake (forgot I had bought my friends tickets as well lol) but they explained it to me right away and were very kind. Great customer service! Thanks guys!
