Best experience I've had with car accident repairs. I received very friendly service on a particularly bad morning. I was able to drop my car off and forget about it until the repairs were finished. They were also happy to be flexible regarding when I collected my car once the repairs were done so I didn't have to take time off work. Thank you for your kindness and making a bad event much easier to deal with.

I waited 3 months to get a dent fixed on the rear quarter panel of my car. The repair to just over two weeks to complete. It was raining when I picked up the car so I made the pickup quick. When looking at the car the next day, I noticed the inside was covered with white dust, particularly around the rear section of the car (it has draws and a fridge). I can live with that so I cleaned it myself. I also noticed there was overspray on the glass (blackglass windows) and on the door seals...again I can live with that. Last weekend after hooking up my caravan, I went to inflate the airbags in my rear coil springs and discovered the valve on one side was badly damaged (in fact, has been torn through the bumper) and was being held in place by a pair of long nose vice grips that did not belong to me. Clearly my car has been reversed into an obstacle and left damaged. But wait, there's more, have a look at the huge paint run above the door - unbelievable! Interestingly, I zeroed the trip meter in my car when I dropped it off and I noted that it had been driven 5Kms when I picked it up - why would that be? Overall, I would never go back to Piero's P&P and I have advised my insurer. I regret ever taking my car to these people and I now have zero trust in their integrity. One star is too high.

They do a fantastic job and always keep me informed especially in todays time when deliveries for parts might take some time. They have looked after my Parents cars and mine and customer service is always fantastic. Highly recommend

Great service with excellent Quality. I had my Mercedes A250 in for a new bumper and some tidy up work on the paint. Simon was really easy to deal with and professional with nothing to much of a hassle.Got my car back in 3 days looking fantastic.I would certainly recommend

Really happy with the service from start to finish. Insurance company was notified before I even got to work after dropping off the car. Ladies at reception are very quick and professional. Simone who assessed the car is very honest and easy to work with. I left with a spotless vehicle, inside and out! Would definitely recommend anyone to come here. Thank you Piero Team!
